⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely brilliant day with Nick! We had the most amazing day exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels, cruising the Mekong Delta and taking a little boat ride through the Unicorn Islands. Nick was an absolute legend — so knowledgeable, passionate and full of information. We knew very little about the tunnels beforehand, and we came away having learnt so much. He really made the history come alive. I may have got myself a little stuck in one of the pop-up tunnels (apparently upper body strength isn’t my superpower 😂), but Chico Malo tackled the full tunnel walk, and I was seriously proud of him! A huge shout-out to Nick’s driver too, whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch, but he was epic! An unforgettable day, an incredible guide and a fantastic experience from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend Nick and this tour highly enough. Five stars all round! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very well-organized. I received a WhatsApp communication before departure from home, confirming flight information and received instructions on how we would be met. We were through immigration in the airport in 15-20 minutes, though I will note that things got busier after we were in line so others’ experience may vary. However, the line was much shorter than the regular line. Our host escorted us to baggage pickup and to our pickup. Well worth the money.

We had an absolute blast on our tour with Lauren and Han! They were incredibly informative, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. Not only were they wonderful guides, but they were also fantastic, super safe drivers, which made traveling around so smooth and relaxing. Every single food spot they brought us to was unbelievable the recommendations were spot on, and we loved every single bite! Excellent tour with Max...

Excellent tour with Max who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history. Glad we opted for a half day and did not include the Mekong delta option. The travelling and traffic is the worst part, so half day was perfect. Hubby and I didn’t go through the tunnels but my 13 and 16 yo boys did- neither of us felt like we missed out as there was still so much to see. Cu Chi tunnel tour is a must for anyone interested in the American war.

Great day out

Had a fabulous day exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels with Siagon River Tours. Travelling out by speedboat allowed us to see a different side of Vietnam while enjoying the cool breeze off the river. It also saves a tonne of travel time and gets out to the tunnels before the heat of the day really kicks in. Our guide Danny was very knowledgeable, super friendly and loved to have a good laugh which made the day both educational and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in this part of Vietnamese history.

Dyan was amazing! Great tour! Great experiences!

This tour was phenomenal! Our tour guide Dyan was amazing! Super professional, funny and friendly! We got picked up and went for a 2 hour drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels. We had a short break at Quang Minh Lacquerware where people affected by agent orange has a second chance to work and live like normal people. It was a nice way to support and give back. Then we made our way to the tunnels and had a great time there. We were a party of 6 so we had a private van and it was perfect. The van was comfortable, well-ACed and relaxing. We then made our way to lunch at a local restaurant followed by another 2 hr drive to My Tho where we crossed the My Tho River, enjoyed local fruits and music performances as well as enjoyed a nice boat ride along the MeKong Delta. When everything was finished, we were dropped off where we got picked up in the morning. From start to finish, our driver and guide were fantastic. I’m super grateful for Dyan for his professionalism, humor and vast knowledge. We learned a lot from this trip about the Vietnamese culture, history and way of life. We hope to have more tours in the future by Dyan!

Tuon is the best!

Our tour was with VietNam Adventure Tours, it was very easy to book on Viator and their communication and planning was excellent and professional. Our guide was Tuon, he is the best tour guide I have ever had. He was a veteran of the war and was very informative and always connected the information he provided to what it would have been like during the war. I learned a lot from him and have a lot of respect for him, he helped make this the most unforgettable adventure!

To skip the crazy lines def do it again.

It was helpful to get through immigartion and customs quicker. The process is a bit confusing and chaotic so can be overwhelming so this definately helped avoid those feellngs. It was not easy to find my guide though as they all stand in a line. My guide didnt speak English and had a tendency to run ahead so I felt as if I was keeping him from something else. What was a plus was taking me to my piller for my driver. I think i might still be looking for it if it wasnt for him. Would I do it again for the immigration and customs yes. If you have done the Thailand one they very different experiences though as in Thailand they had a specific agent who does it and fast track lanes. Not in HCM there are alot of different agents so you get a shorter albeit still a queue but not as long as the other queues. Im not sure why but I expected the airports to be alot more structured and ordered in Vietnam, not a chance. Strangely i felt calmer and more settled when I was with border security as that felt familiar as its the same world over.

Hua was wonderful tour guide!!! Our half-day jeep tour was one of the highlights of our time in Ho Chi Minh City. Riding through the city in an open-air jeep was exciting and gave us a unique view of the streets, landmarks, and local life. Hua was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions. The tour was well organized and enjoyable for our entire family, including our three teenage boys. We saw a great deal without ever feeling rushed. Simply the Best!

This was simply one the best tours we have ever done. Everything from pickup to drop-off went so smooth and seamlessly. Great tour

It’s a long day but rewarding. The tour was less touristy and gave a glimpse of life in the area. Our guide Safa was great. Very engaging and loved total about his homeland. The trip was varied as we first were on a larger boat and had fruits and coconut water and then we biked around followed by lunch and then a small boat ride. The only drawback is that the drive to and from is long.
