Had a great experience. There was 3 of us, Luca was our guide. It’s a very long tour so just be aware that you are gone the entire day. Luca does well to keep you informed and give you some history on Vietnam which I love. Only thing is that on breakfast or dinner lol and ur gone from 7am to 9pm and no option to purchase dinner either. Other than that we had a great time

Really great day out, amazing views, good drinks. Highlight for me was the speed boat which did cost extra, but totally worth it. The itinerary gives you a lot of flexibility to pick and choose what you feel up to. Great way to explore Ha Long bay however you decide to spend the cruise.

Louis is the best!

Our driver met us at the pier in Ha Long Bay. We drove two hours into Hanoi where our guide, Louis met us. We spent the full day exploring. Louis was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating We saw everything we wanted to plus some additional surprises. The day exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend to cruise travelers. Pretty damn fabulous! Cool older boat, well updated and spiffy everywhere! The trip itself was amazing with day 2 being the highlight not many people book the three day so day two only has a few guests, in our case four! We had a private guide and kayak trip to the cave with no other boats anywhere. Exceptional day! The crew onboard were excellent!!

From the moment we arrived at the port, the treatment by the staff was excellent. It was our honeymoon and the staff went out of their way for us and had many thoughtful gestures. The boat was very beautiful both on the outside and on the inside and the scheduled activities were very good as well. We highly recommend it and would do it again without a doubt!

Great cruise.

Great cruise overall. Very good communication and coordination on the day before cruise and through out the cruise. Pick up at hotel. No need to worry about navigation. The bamboo/kayak tour is kinda short and mostly out door. Can be very hot on sunny day. Bring swim suit because the swim session was nice way to cool down. They even have water bouncer and water slides. Only water and juice are free for certain time. Other drinks are for purchase. Not a lot of options for non alcohol drinks.

Wonderful experience. The room is beautiful and cool. Dedicated guidance. The crew's compassion. The food is delicious, but not very suitable for Vietnamese people, the dinner portion is a bit too large, I eat a lot but still can't finish it. The boat service like spa and cocktails is very good, and affordable.

A very beautiful cruise

We booked a 3-day, 2-night cruise aboard the Amanda Cruise to end our trip in Vietnam after many treks. Very beautiful cruise with a very beautiful room and staff who were very attentive and very responsive to our needs. The cruise and the landscapes were truly magnificent. The meals were very good. The last day is a bit light on activities, especially considering the time you have to get up. The visit to the pearl farm on the 2nd day is interesting but very brief. We recommend this cruise to end a trip to Vietnam in peace and quiet.
