A great day out wine tasting
A great day tour of St Emilion and Pommerol vineyards. Expertly delivered by Helene to a group of 8 of us (three separate groups from different countries meeting for the first time) which ‘jelled’ very quickly . No rushed, good explanations and excellent wines. Highly recommended

Outstanding Tour with rich tastings and history!
Alex made this experience very personable and enjoyable. Picking up meats, cheeses, breads and pastries along the way through the historical center of Bordeaux, on the way to the wine cellar for exquisite pairings. Alex gave great explanations of the discovery and history of meats, cheeses and breads as well as the wines, in addition to some of the history of the Bordeaux. Very rich tour - don't miss it !

This was a wonderful tour...
This was a wonderful tour of two splendid and different wineries in the Saint-Emilion region of Bordeaux. We also got to spend a little time in the town of Saint-Emilion itself. Not too much, just enough to get the sense of place and a gelato or a coffee without being rushed. Our guide, Margaux, was poliet, knowledgable, and kept us both informed and entertained. At the wineries, they were attentive and jovial. And of course, the wines were excellant examples of why to visit Bordeaux.

Lovely day of wine tastings
Great visit to St. Emilion. Our guide gave an overview of the wine regions and a quick history of the town. We had a bit if free time, then our first wine tasting and a lovely lunch outside. We had 2 mire wine tastings plus plenty of time for pictures. Altogether a very nice day!

Great food, wine, and intro to Bordeaux
This was a great walking tour and intro to the old center city, with fantastic food and wine insights from a local British expat. We spent 3+ hours looking at monuments, having snacks (and a sit-down lunch), and learning about the history of this great place. Afterwards, Andrew sent us a summary of where we visited, plus recommendations for where to have dinner near our hotel. Since this was our first of four days here, we are looking forward to trying one or two places.

History brought to life!
Pasquale, our tour guide, led us on an information-packed, enthralling walkway tour of the beautiful and historic city of Bordeaux. Her knowledge was extensive and her enthusiastic presentation was infectious. She answered all of our questions and brought the rich, vibrant history of the city to life. We highly recommend booking a tour with Pasquale if you are visiting Bordeaux for the first time!

Sunshine and heaven in bottles.
The wineries/Chateaux’s were a good sampling of all the wineries available-hundreds.
Our tour guide René was extremely knowledgable. He helped us all to understand the Bordeaux region and the different appellations and why they were distinct and the best qualities to look for when choosing wines, within any budget. He was great at keeping the group together and on time. I loved the tour. Money well spent.

Lovely afternoon with Hugo
We had a lovely afternoon tour in St Emilion. Our guide Hugo was very knowledgeable & the vineyard visit was great fun. Hugo ended the trip to St Emilion with a special visit to an underground wine cave. Was a fun & informative way to spend a Saturday afternoon

Half day St Emillion tour 5 stars
We really enjoyed this half day wine tour. Our guide Matius was very knowledgeable about the local area and all things wine. We enjoyed visiting a Chateau winery and having a wine tasting. This was followed by a visit to the Saint Emillion township which is beautiful to walk around with historic old buildings and an incredible church. Would recommend this tour.

Amazing day in St. Emilion!
Remy provided us with a great day of exploring St. Emilion wines as well as showing us around the town and surrounding area. We visited several wineries and were given a tour of each as well as tastings/lunch. We also visited a fantastic wine shop where we were treated to tasting some amazing wines.

Small group,...
Small group, knowledgeable guide, great wines.
The first winery Le Chatelet, had some very nice wines. The representative was very friendly and enthusiastic about the wines.
The second winery was Bernateau where they make organic wines. I am drinking some as I write this. Very reasonable and very good.

With some of the most recognized wine regions on the planet at its doorstep, Bordeaux is a bucket list destination for oenophiles and foodies. Experience it yourself with Bordeaux tours that guide you to Medoc or Saint-Emilion, both regions with centuries-old histories of red wine production. Learn what makes the region's terroir unique and try local wines from merlot or cabernet franc grapes. But even for non-drinkers, there's plenty to enjoy, from the gorgeous vineyard chateaus that warrant a postcard to charcuterie and cheese from local farms.
