Our Caption Marcus was soo nice he was really a vibe . He gave us a tour around Miami that I would never forget , all of the beautiful houses and neighborhoods we seen as well as other boats I highly recommend him . It was also my birthday and it was nice !

I would not have done this experience if I had to pick again, as described it was planned to go to the sandbar and snorkeling experience and it was none of that. The captain took us to a spot 10 min away from the dock and we swam for a bit. There was a floating mat. But that was it, the blue tooth speaker was malfunctioning and we arrived earlier than the expected 2 hour duration. They charged 849+100 for a captains fee to literally take us and a few girls in a boat ride to swim. Not worth it all. Call and confirm the experience before hand because this was an extreme waste of money. There are other Viator experiences that are less than this if you want to just go for a swim, I would not recommend look elsewhere if you want to do snorkeling. If not there was an option for a 4 hr experience which was a lot more money which I think could have included this but that was not clear at all when signing up.

An amazing sunset cruise at New Year’s Eve with my family! Markus was our captain and kept us well informed of all the significant landmarks around us and also let my kids go for a little dip! Thankyou Markus for making it such a memorable experience

Moved us to a larger boat due to double booking. Would not offer refund, 2nd boat was older and not in great condition. Anchor did not work so we could not swim. AC did not work, captain was grumpy and cussed at a lady on jet ski for being in his way. Come to find out she was stranded and could not get the jet ski started. He did not offer to help her. I have never left a negative review but I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with what we had to.

Our Captain Marcus Welly was awesome. Highly highly recommend him. It was an awesome trip, he was very accommodating and funny. He meshed well with our group. Beautiful sites, loved this tour.

The yacht was beautiful. Air conditioned in the cabin and spacious I’m the back with plenty of seating. Capt Peter was awesome and funny and was exposing some of the history around the islands etc. would recommend and try it again.

We tried to understand what was the problem but we couldn't figure it out.
The yacht you booked has A/C, and if it wasn't turned on you could request the captain to turn it on.

This was awesome!!!! The tour company did great with maintaining communication and answering all my questions. There was 12 of us on the yacht and with adequate space where we were all comfortable. We danced, played our music, partied, took awesome pics and more. We had a total blast!! We booked the yacht from 4pm-8pm which was perfect for having a daylight for about 1.5 hrs and party in the evening with amazing views. Peter was a great captain and helped us get really good backgrounds for our pics. He was very kind and accomodating. Everything went well the weather was nice. It was mid January and we thought it would be cold, but it was perfect! I recommend this tour it was a blast. We brought, food, drinks, and good music (from our phone) with us! It was a whole vibe!!

Best part of our Miami vacation! We had a private day out on the water, saw the famous homes of Star island, snd anchored in front of them to swim and lay out on lily pad. Our Captain was Cece and she was the absolute best! Book this, you won’t regret!

Excellent service provided by captain. I would recommend. Bedroom was not available 😕 . It was locked. As per viator description we were supposed to get bedroom and two bathrooms. Disappointed
