Operating Schedule: Depart from Banff, either from the Moose Hotel on Banff Avenue (7:45am, 9:30am) or the Banff Train Station (7:50am, 9:35am). Please note, the later you depart the fewer places you can explore. Return back to Banff (5pm, 6pm). **For all day free parking please park at the Banff Train Station. **You are guaranteed a seat at all times. **Choose Your Own Adventure, style tour! With our Set Schedule and 2 buses, there are several different itineraries you can follow. Wonderful, stress free way to see the sights outside of Banff. They've timed every stop based on main attractions and Lakeshore hikes, and have thought about people needing lunch, too! We saw lots of wildlife on the bus ride, which was a bonus. Highly recommend.

Well... it's a yellow school bus - no A/C (didn't matter - the windows were down which is way better than a closed up big tour bus and the temperature was perfect - and a little rough BUT these buses are easy to spot and they personalize the trip - accommodating stops at the standard locations along the way - going and coming - as requested. They ask what you want to do and they make sure someone is there to pick you up at the agreed-upon time. The tour guides and drivers are GREAT! Very knowledgeable, telling good stories, etc. along the way. They give ample time at each stop, including Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. Seeing the bear was a plus. We would use them again!

Pay attention to details. "Hop On Hop Off" doesn't apply to start time. We missed the first bus, too bad for us.

Yes, if you miss the bus you will miss the tour. Just like all other tours and transportation options in the world.
Through zero fault of ours you missed the bus. We did not make you late. Nor did we know you would be late.
We were exactly where we were supposed to be, at exactly the time we were supposed to be there.
We provide very detailed information of departure times and locations when booking and on your confirmation emails also.
Your ticket guarantees you a seat on any bus at any time so you just need to actually be there to check in and board.
We do not know when and where guests will hop on, so buses just leave at their scheduled times.
Thousands of our visitors rave about our punctuality and reliability. We should not be held responsible for those that do not make the effort to just be on time.
It is a bit disheartening to get negative reviews for doing our part. We run 7 days a week, rain or shine and transport thousands around Banff National Park without issue. And we stand by our commitment to help everyone maximize their time here.

My sister and I had a wonderful experience on the tour. Dominique and Lewis shared so much information about the area. Lewis even helped up with places to see wildlife and stargazing. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this experience.

Very convenient pick up and drop off along with a flexible itinerary that allows you to tailor your visits to what you want to see and how long you want to stay. Other transportation companies don't offer this.
Tyler and the team were great ! They offered a lot of good information & tips about the area & made a point of stopping when a black bear was spotted alongside of the highway.
We were quite pleased with the entire experience.

The bus left Lake Louise without us. We were in the wrong part of parking lot. The instructions to find the bus weren't precise enough.

I am unsure of what more we can do to make our pickup and drop off locations easier to find. Or how much more we can communicate instructions over what we already do.
We pickup and drop off at the same locations at each stop. Guides on board each bus give instructions, and each guest is given a personal itinerary highlighted with departure times for them.
As is apparent in the thousands of reviews given, the ease of finding us and how much our buses stand out is a common high point for our guests.
You are also given contact information on your personalized itinerary, not to mention that Parks Canada staff and others in the area know us very well.
Our buses are large and an exceptionally bright yellow colour also. We stand out amongst every other bus in the area.
All guests are given one on one guidance in the morning when they board about what to expect during their day with us. No other company takes the time to do this. And at each stop dozens of our guests board daily without issue. And thousands each year do the same.
We are sorry of course that you missed your departure, and will look into what more we can do. But it must be noted that we do substantially more than a lot already.

A brilliant way to explore Lakes Morraine and Louise. The guides on the buses are very knowledgeable and informative. They also spend time with each group to find out what you want to do throughout the day and give some well placed advice on how best to achieve it. It’s also the easiest way to ensure you get to see both lakes if that’s what you want to do.
Fantastic experience, I wouldn’t choose any other way.

I expected this to just be a simple bus that takes you to and from the destinations but it was so much better! The bus is a school bus, which really takes you back to childhood or can be a first for some people. Dominique did an amazing job of helping every group plan their day. She and Louis also give you so much information on the history of Banff, historic landmarks, and even the wildlife. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to maximize their time in Banff and learn more about it!

Extremely convenient for people who don't want to be tied down, strictly on what the operator and the bus wants you to do you have the option to pick and choose you can start and stay at one place and spend the entire day. You can go three different places, two different places, and adjust you start and end times. Tyler and Lewis were extremely helpful not only for that day, but the rest of our trip ! Highly recommend!!! Tyler you must see the Indianapolis 500!

The sites were great on the tour. The hiking trails could accommodate any skill level. Knowledge base of the guides was very good and related interesting stories. The only negative is the seats on the school bus are not very comfortable.

All the literature and information you would have read before making the booking stated it was a school bus. So it is a bit unfair to complain about that when you knew what you were booking in advance.
