Epic Scottish Highlands Experience
This is a phenomenal tour of the Scottish highlands. It’s structured in a way that you see several scenic spots with time to explore and eat in the picturesque town of Oban. You’ll experience so much in one day with no stress on logistics. Our tour guide Scott was amazing- very knowledgeable, a great driver, and super entertaining and funny. He provided the full authentic Scottish experience, and had an incredible music playlist for our drive. I was pleasantly surprised to hear Pet Shop Boys on our journey back. Thank you Scott for a very memorable tour! Highly recommend

★★★★★ An Incredible Day Exploring the Isle of Skye!
What a fantastic experience with Timberbush Tours! From start to finish, our Isle of Skye adventure was exceptionally well organized, with breathtaking scenery, fascinating history and plenty of memorable stops along the way.
Our tour guide Jason was outstanding! Engaging, incredibly knowledgeable and full of interesting stories about Scotland’s history, culture and landmarks. The commentary throughout the journey made the experience so much more enjoyable.
The itinerary was perfectly paced, taking us from the beautiful Eilean Donan Castle to the colourful harbour of Portree, the dramatic Old Man of Storr and the spectacular Kilt Rock. Each stop offered plenty of time to explore, take photographs and enjoy the scenery without ever feeling rushed. Bathroom and refreshment breaks were thoughtfully scheduled, making a full day of sightseeing comfortable and relaxing.
Timberbush really knows how to deliver a memorable Scottish adventure. A wonderful combination of spectacular landscapes, great storytelling and thoughtful planning.
Five stars and an enthusiastic recommendation to anyone looking to experience the magic of the Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye!

Our guide Graham was very knowledgeable and also very entertaining. We stopped at each location just the right amount of time and we were extremely lucky to have a perfect sunny day. Absolutely loved our time in st Andrews. The scenery is stunning. We loved this trip.

Don't expect to have a hike on this trip. For example you drive past nice scenery and make some stops to take pictures but if you expect to hike a trail for example, this is not offering that. The stop at Oban was my favorite. You stop there for lunch to taste the amazing seafood there. I can really recommend the restaurant EE USK and especially the seafood platter. Best oysters and smoked salmon I've had all my life!

We had a wonderful time traveling to the coast and Saint Andrews. Marty was a great Guide and Driver! He made our journey fun and he is very knowledgeable in the history of this beautiful County. It was nice to relax and enjoy the journey and sites along the way.

We had a great time
Very enjoyable tour. Polish up your Outlander knowledge because our guide (Simon) really knew his stuff! Not only did he know the true history of each location but he also knew the season, episode and characters from the show that were filmed at each location. We had a small bus and it was just the right size group. Simon, our guide was great. The bus was clean and very comfortable. We recommend this tour.

Deborah was a great guide
My family and I had a great time on this tour with our guide, Deborah. I liked that it was a small group with the smaller bus. Deborah brought us to the Kelpies before all the crowds and big buses came. We also enjoyed the Sterling Castle. Great views and lots of history. She also had a great sense of humor and told great stories.
The weather did turn when we got to Loch Lomand. But you can’t do anything about that. Despite the heavy rain we made the most of Loch Lomand. A cute village.
We got to spend a good amount of time at each stop.

Loved it!
This tour was fantastic! Donnie was our guide and he was personable, knowledgeable, and funny. He was a safe driver, too!
There are a few places not on the listing that I actually think should be included in the description; maybe there’s a reason they’re not. But I reeeeally wanted to see the coos while in the highlands and saw them in the review photos vs the listing itself. Took me a lot of research to find just the right tour. We took a gamble on that and the distillery portion being included as they weren’t guaranteed but were mentioned in some reviews - essential visits if you’re not from Scotland! We got to do both as well as see everything on the tour listing (with some extra time!) The bus departed at 8:15, got back at about 5. Didn’t feel exhausting at all though we walked 7 miles. Wonderful overall. Highly recommend. Only note is the bathrooms in Beauly for the lunch stop that are public all had no soap or toilet paper - not reliable so find an alternative ahead of time. Sunday also left some stores closed when we had a little bit of a break but it worked out still.

Taylor is awesome!
Taylor was great! He was very smart, informative, dry-witted funny, and was welcoming to any questions or insights on the tour! He also gave me a little Nessie for me to take home for my daughter! Would definitely come back for Timberbush tours for him as a tour guide!

Really nice tour guide...
Really nice tour guide who taught us so much. We got stuck due to a wreck on the road but she was very thoughtful and accommodating throughout. Well worth the time! We got to see the train pass by twice from two different views after actually being on it as well! Our only wish would be for the Jacobite train windows be more clear or a bit more warning to open them before the viaduct to get a better view.

The most amazing tour with an incredible tour guide, David!
What an incredible tour! David was our guide and he was amazing! He had some fascinating historical stories to tell. He had lots of information for current events as well. He knew where they filmed parts of some of the most famous movies, we loved all those facts.
He also had a great song selection.
We took our two underage kiddos and he was so kind to them.
If I could give this tour more than 5 stars, I would. We were in awe the entire day!

Fantastic trip to Isle of Skye
Sonia was a fantastic guide. She had the right mix of humor, storytelling and history. The beautiful scenery speaks for itself but she added her gift for storytelling which made the whole experience that much better. If I could change one thing it would be to have fewer stops but stay longer at a few like Portree and Eilean Donan Castle.
