The trip was great. I appreciated that the tour guide called to inform us in advance that the glow the previous night was not strong and that we may not get a strong glow on our night. He offered a full refund, but we decided to go ahead with the tour. We loved it. The fact that the tour guide made arrangements for a tropical storm made our experience even more fun :) The guides were helpful and friendly, and I would recommend them.

We had a great time! Family of 4- two aging parents and two college age kids. The hike really wasn't strenuous or long. Most of your time is at the swimming hole with the natural water slide (very smooth), cliff jumping and rope swing. The area is beautiful and the water wonderful! Our guides Stephen and Poppi were very nice and funny. One area getting up a big wet rock to the water slide was a little tricky, but they help you up effortlessly! This was a really fun activity! Highly recommend!
