Travelers are responsible for their own transportation to Campo Rico Adventures. Use “Hacienda Campo Rico – Mi Casa” in GPS for directions. At the entrance gate, inform the guard of your activity to enter. Check-in is inside the farm at the Mojito Bar.

- Check-in time is 30-45 minutes before the tour starts
- Total ride duration is approximately 2 hours, including a brief driving demonstration, explanation of safety rules, and short rest stops
- All guests must be 16 years or older and have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE (learner, probationary, suspended, permits licenses, ID's, or passports are not accepted for driving)
- Up to 4 riders per UTV. Must be 8 or over to be a passenger.
- Maximum height: 6'5".
- Pregnant women and guests with back/neck injuries or heart conditions are not permitted on this excursion.
- Helmets are provided. Closed-toe shoes are required. Long pants, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a change of clothing are recommended.
- Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
- Intoxicated individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances are not permitted in the experience, and no refunds will be issued.
- Please note, this experience may be too high-impact for some travelers.
- Bring a VISA or Mastercard to hold a UTV damage deposit.
- Limit weight is 600 - 1,000 pounds per vehicle
- the tour's accessibility features are insufficient to accommodate individuals with disabilities, or that the tour activities are not suitable for people with certain mobility or other limitations.

Eli was our tour guide and we was awesome! He not only made sure everyone was safe but also made sure everyone was having fun too! He’s extremely passionate about his job and loves what he does. Throughout the whole time he was cracking jokes, and made sure no one felt out. I 100% recommend this experience.

We had a great tour guide. Noel gave us a very fun tour and took us through all the fun paths. Very fun overall and the atv/utvs were so cool to drive around through the dust and mud.

Make sure u wear a mouth covering it’s very dusty and preferably googles but sunglasses willl do and wear shorts it’s super hot !our tour guide Eli was great and fun ! Loved my first experience!!

Roberto was AWESOME!!! He kept checking in to make sure we were feeling good about driving. It rained pretty hard and it was pretty muddy but we pulled through just fine. He was great with pointing out all of the unique things that were around us too. We had a great time!!

It was good if you’ve never rode off-road vehicles and fun but definitely don’t plan ahead , plan towards th week because if it’s not raining your just gonna get a dust storm unless you don’t like getting muddy it depends all on you.
Hector was our guide and he was super sweet and awesome took good photos and was a very funny guy!

As an outdoor off-road experience, trail conditions can vary greatly depending on the weather. During drier days, the trails can become dustier, while rainy conditions usually create the muddy experience many guests look forward to. Since Puerto Rico’s weather changes frequently, every tour can feel a little different depending on the weather conditions that week.

My and my boyfriend did the UTV tour. The tour was incredible, and the experience was fantastic. Noel, our tour guide, was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, funny, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire tour. I highly recommend this tour and would definitely return in the future.

beware of this scam- they sent me a email with a address for a meetup point. i copied and pasted into google maps (like anyone else would) and it took me to a completely wrong place once i called them, the lady told me i went to the west adress instead of the east, how was i suppose to know that? all i did was copied a adress THEY SENT ME! then they tell me this happens all the time and is a on going problem. so why has it not been adressed? i’ll tell you why, they offer to reschedule you for $50 and of course your going to pay. literally offered no other resolution. so beware when booking DO NOT go to the address they send you.

We’re sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the meetup address. We want to clarify that the correct meeting location is our East Address, which is the same address provided in our confirmation email along with multiple sets of directions and ways to arrive to help guests avoid any navigation issues.
All of our clients successfully arrive using this information. In cases where someone is unsure, they typically call us in advance and we guide them directly to the correct location so they can arrive on time without any issues.
We also ask all guests to arrive 30–45 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time to allow for check-in and preparation. If rescheduling was the only option offered, it must have been due to a late arrival, as tours must depart on schedule for the safety and experience of all participants.
We’re always available to assist with directions ahead of time and encourage guests to contact us if there is any uncertainty. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide easier and smoother experiences.

The addresses and pins for Uber did ot align for most of the excursions that my friends and I attended. The Uber driver dropped us off at a location that was part of the property but 2 miles from the destination. When we made it through the gates, we were not informed that someone would come and get us; we were told by a staff member to turn right, go left, then turn right again. My friends and I started walking and had a 2-mile hike to the destination. While we were walking, we saw a young man in one of the UTV's and asked him if we could get a ride because my best friend has a severe case of plantar fasciitis. He drove off, stating that he had to pick someone else up, but never said he was coming back or that someone else would come and get us. After calling Viator to place a complaint, the UTV company got in contact with us and stated that they were sorry and that we were supposed to have a transport to the actual site.
Once we made it to the site, we had a blast. Both of the young men who guided us were amazing, patient, and professional.

We do want to clarify a few important points regarding arrival. The meeting point is clearly stated in our confirmation email, along with multiple sets of directions. For guests using Uber, we also provide specific instructions to enter “Mi Casa” at Hacienda Campo Rico as the destination. When entered correctly, this takes guests directly to the proper meeting location. If you were dropped off approximately 2 miles away, it indicates that the destination may not have been entered as instructed.
Additionally, transportation within the property is only available when staff is assigned and aware that guests are at a certain place within our range. If we are not contacted directly, we have no way of knowing that someone has arrived at a different location and requires assistance. In those cases, reaching out to us allows our team to guide you or coordinate help when possible.
We also kindly ask all guests to carefully read all the information provided in their confirmation email, as the directions and instructions included are designed to be as clear and precise as possible to avoid situations like this.
However, we do apologize if you felt there was any miscommunication and for the situation you guys had to go through. We're open to public feedback to improve our guests experiences. Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that once you arrived, you had a great time and that our guides provided a professional and enjoyable tour.

Horrible didn’t know we could only go in straight lines and 15 mph. Not an adult experience maybe good for kids. Asked for refund and was denied waste of time and money!!

These guidelines are in place to ensure the well-being of all participants, regardless of experience level. We understand that some guests may be looking for a faster or more extreme ride, but our priority is maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Additionally, the terrain and trail conditions can vary, and these are factors outside of our control. The experience may change depending on weather conditions, as rain or dry weather can significantly impact the trails.
Regarding your refund request, as stated in our policies, once a tour has been completed, we are unable to issue refunds. Our team and equipment are fully prepared in advance to deliver the experience as described.
