We were picked up by minibus, very good guide telling us things along the way. We had all included ticket, views from the castle of the lake are breathtaking. Also the traditional cake was wonderful! So peaceful and the boat rude to the church was a good experience.

Quality wine tasting with excellent wineries and tour guide

Picked up on time by our guide, Lan who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He drove us to the two wineries where we were treated to a selection of food and wine with very generous portions. Lan was helpful with breaking the ice of the group and creating a welcoming atmosphere. In particular, Davorin’s winery was one of the best experiences at a wine tasting I’ve experienced. Felt like a really intimate and local experience. Travelled with two friends in a group of three. We were joined by a group of four. Group size was perfect for conversation and the van size.

Wonderful day exploring the best sights in Slovenia!

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour! We were on a Mercedes mini-bus with 3 others. Our tour guide Nejc (Nate) was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, loved his home country of Slovenia and kept us well informed and entertained for the day. He even had a music playlist that we all enjoyed! Our stops included a small medieval town were we enjoyed a coffee, Lake Bohinj, the stunning Lake Bled, Bled Castle and the incredible Vintgar Gorge. I’m afraid of heights but was easily able to walk the path on the gorge and even take photos! A memorable day seeing some of the best sights in Slovenia!

Yes, you really get to see highlights of Slovenia in one day

Fantastic trip! We certainly got a lot done in one day. The Postojna cave alone was worth the trip, it was a truly mesmerizing experience. You have a lot of choices to make regarding touring various castles and churches, taking a boat, enjoying free time, etc. However, it feels like you cannot make a wrong choice as every option is amazing. Tour guide (Nina) was knowledgeable, respectful and a real pleasure to be with all day. We did hit traffic but that is beyond anybody’s control and it did not stress anyone out too much (more time to rest for the next stair climb).

Fantastic guide and wonderful experience!

We had a fantastic time on this tour! The lakes were gorgeous and our guide, Julia, was wonderful. Julia created a warm and friendly environment on the tour, was very knowledgeable and gave great commentary, and was a skilled and safe driver in some challenging traffic conditions. We also really enjoyed having our time time to explore and have a swim. We’d highly recommend this tour and Julia as a guide!

Excellent Tour

It is a great tour and wonderful overview of this part of Slovenia. The waterfalls were amazing and the lakes were beautiful. The mountains were so majestic and the road up and down with the 50 turns was a trip in itself—the switchbacks and the beautiful views. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and presented the information in a helpful way. He related well to the group.

Amazing tour!

I absolutely loved this tour!! Everything was on time, we were able to see everything at a great pace, the van was comfortable, and our tour guide, Mat, was the best! I had a wonderful time. Fabulous Trip to the Castle and the Caves

Our guide was Luka, he was an excellent communicator and make an exceptional effort for all members of the group to get to know one another. All information was presented in an engaging manner. Matej was a great tour guide! He knows a lot about Slovenian and Bled history. He is a very enthusiastic, entertaining, and engaging tour guide who loves what he does and it shows! I had a great time while crossing an item off of my bucket list. This is a wonderful way to see Lake Bled and highly recommend doing this when you come to Slovenia.

Gorge-ous views of the Soca Valley!

We had an absolutely amazing tour guide, Klara. I believe this was her first tour too! The extreme heat was so unbearable, but Klara’s energy really helped push us through. She also gave excellent recommendations on the best photo spots at each site so we didn’t have to waste energy finding them in the heat. She was also pointed out random beautiful views along the way and spot if we had asked, which unfortunately led to getting back later than expected but the pictures were will worth it! Highly recommend doing this tour and if you get Klara, you’ll be in great hands!
