We were picked up and dropped off right outside the terminal building and taken to places that we would never have found on our own. All very interesting. Much cheaper than getting the coach off of the ship. We were also given some tasters of local delicacies. Would highly recommend.

Judith our guide understood what we wanted. We walked for five miles and saw all the sights we wanted to see. We got a good overview of Hamburg which is what we wanted. Don’t turn up with no cash

A hazy start as we were at the exact Viator pick up point pictured but no guide. But after a couple of messages we meet up to start our tour. The tour itself was both fun and informative, but please bring along sum cash. Our tour was about 10-12 people and when the guide said he needed 3 euros per person to enter one bar, 4 had no cash. We paid for one couple ( 6 ) euros, and to keep the group intact I suggested the others could chip in for the other couple but no one offered leaving a somewhat sour taste. This also meant they were never going to tip the guide, who I think his name was Gunter and he was really good. So please remember fellow tour companions bring money with you, you don’t require a lot

We had a great tour with Deniz!!! He was informative and patient with all our questions. There was a lot of walking, including stairs. We walked about 8 miles total, but that was ok with us! I wouldn’t recommend if you have trouble walking or standing for long periods of time.
