All Fiji Tours & Excursions in 2026

If you are considering this excursion, DO IT! This was, without a doubt, the most memorable day of our two-week trip between Australia and Fiji. Our day started early at 6:30 a.m. when our driver, Praneed, picked us up from Denarau Island. The drive to our destination was about three hours, but honestly, the time flew by. Praneed made the drive so enjoyable by pointing out interesting facts along the way and answering all of our questions. The scenery along the way was beautiful, too. When we arrived, we were given lockers for our belongings, and I was even able to rent a waterproof bag so we could take some things with us. We gathered our tubes and boarded the longboat, which took us to a small village. We had the opportunity to learn about the village, the people who live there, and how a portion of the excursion fees helps support the community. We absolutely loved learning about their way of life and the different plants they use for medicinal purposes. It was such a meaningful part of the experience. After leaving the village, we continued down the river by boat and stopped for a short five-minute hike to an absolutely beautiful waterfall. You can swim at the bottom of the waterfall, and we had plenty of time to enjoy it. It was truly breathtaking! Afterward, we enjoyed lunch in a beautiful area set up with tents. And I have to say — the food was AMAZING! It was actually the best food we had during our entire time in Fiji. Then came the tubing! We floated down the river surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery we have ever seen. It was peaceful, fun, and absolutely gorgeous. Then something happened that made the experience even more special. After we had been tubing for a while, all of the guides began singing. At first, I honestly thought they were playing music on a radio because they sounded so incredible. But they were singing themselves! Sitting in a tube, surrounded by God's beautiful creation, listening to those beautiful voices was incredibly emotional for both my husband and me. It is one of those moments from our trip that we will never forget. ❤️ Our guide, Dougie, was absolutely wonderful. He was so personable, energetic, and full of life. He made everyone feel comfortable and included, and he took pictures throughout the entire excursion. We were able to purchase the photos afterward for only $20 Fijian, which I thought was such a nice touch, especially since we were nervous about taking our phones with us on the river. I believe our boat driver's name was Siya, and he was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this excursion to everyone! The only thing I wish is that the rest of our group, who were staying at the InterContinental, could have joined us. They didn't go because they weren't sure whether transportation was available from their hotel. If you're wondering about pickup, contact the company! They told us they can pick you up from anywhere, so don't let transportation questions keep you from booking. Yes, it is about a three-hour drive from Denarau, but the drive is absolutely worth it. The scenery, the village, the waterfall, the food, the tubing, the guides, and especially the singing all made this an unforgettable experience. We traveled around Australia and Fiji for two weeks, and this was our most memorable day of the entire trip. Anand made our experience wonderful! He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He is especially knowledgeable about the temple as he attends it himself. I highly recommend this excursion. You get to learn about Fiji, see its wonderful culture and the beauty of the gardens. The Chief of the village had just passed away, so the village was closed to visitors (totally understandable), so we got extra time at the other locations. Great tour, Anand!

We arrived on an evening flight into Fiji, the locals at the airport were beautiful and helped point us to our driver. The instructions were easy to follow when booking. Our driver was friendly, answered questions we had about the area. Helped us navigate a quick stop to get water for my 3 year old. It was easy and stress free.

Awesome catamaran plenty of room for everyone. Food and drinks were plentiful. High quality food. Relaxing boating to the island. Snorkeling was beautiful around the reef. A range of things to do or to do nothing but relax on the island if u wished. Was not a big touristy island small but enough for everyone on our boat to enjoy. No other crowds. Staff were very attentive and you felt in safe hands. Staff were also a lot of fun and there were plenty of laughs on the way back in. Perfect day full day out not too much you felt exhausted just right. 👍. We have done many sailing day trips over the years before but this is definitely up there with the best delivering the whole package. Picked up and taken back to hotel, well organised and super friendly. Highly recommend. 🙌

The crew on this ship made you feel like family. This was so much better than I could have imagined. From the welcoming kava ceremony, feeling like I was treated like family, an amazing first time scuba diving, a delicious lunch, thoughtfully planned activities that highlighted the culture of Fiji, a beautiful island, and seeing the care they took for those traveling with small children. This experience made for life long memories, thank you!

The hotel pick-up was sensibly scheduled to avoid us having to spend too much time sitting in the bus. All the staff at the Cultural Village were very welcoming, and especially the lady who was guiding us around the different stations at the village was particularly enthusiastic and tried her best to build on the at times less than enthusiastic energy that we gave back to her. The performances were great too. Aside from the breathtakingfire dances, I also enjoyed hearing the close harmonies of the local songs that they sang and danced to. The audience (myself included) were not particularly enthusiastic to engage in the audience participation segment, but the performers made the best of the situation. There was a wide spread of food that was served, and at least for the day i was there, when they were only at around half capacity, there was more than enough food for everyone. Do come prepared for the inevitable mosquitoes, but they do give you repellent for those. Also, you might want to watch out not to accidentally step on a cane toad, as while we were there several of them were crawling across the field between the main stage and the are where they do the lovo. But that shouldn't stop you from signing up for this tour. The staff all deserve a good tip for their efforts.

We had a very lovely time. All the staff were very friendly. They even did a little extra to help take my wife and her POC (oxygen machine) out where she could be in the water for awhile without having to worry about her hose being in people's ways. It was the perfect amount of people hanging out . And the food and drink was good. I would definitely recommend this to other people as well as being willing to come back again if we come back to Fiji.

Absolutely fun, high energy yet somewhat relaxing experience!! You get picked up, you are taken to Denarau Marina, you get a voucher of $60 FJD per person, you get on a boat. Up till now, you are not explained anything. 20min into the boat ride, you get a safety briefing and itinerary overview that you cannot hear lol. That’s the vibe- come here, have fun, don’t worry- everything will be alright! You get to the floating island: snatch a day bed as soon as you can. Snorkel gear does not come with a breathing apparatus FYI, I recommend bringing your own and perhaps also inflatable tubes. Brick oven pizza that is delicious, Vegas pool style cocktails in the middle of no where. Not a care in this world and you totally unplug!! This is cashless, there were no tip jars. It was pretty much impossible to tip because they all jumped in to help you, you didn’t get one guy that kept coming after you because you tipped him. We had a great time, it was such a memorable experience and captured a vibe that we never experienced before. Boat ride back, everyone was dancing and singing.
