Great trip
Greg was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The weather wasn't the best for Grouse Mountain (foggy and raining) but we both enjoyed it. Also visited Stanley Park, Clevedon Dam, Capilano Suspension bridge and a salmon hat hery which was actually interesting.

Great excursion!
We arrived in Vancouver a couple of days before our cruise. This was a nice way to start off our trip. Our tour guide was fantastic - very knowledgeable and skilled at driving the van. Grouse Mountain was an awesome surprise for us - so much to do up there! And Capilano was very enjoyable as well. We even visited a salmon hatchery and took a quick drive through Stanley Park. Fortunately we had good weather that day. One of the best experiences of our 10-day trip!

Grouse Moutain and Capillano Suspension bridge
Herman was an excellent tour leader/bus driver. Full of interesting facts about the area. Plenty of time at each venue to explore all that they had to offer. ( 2.5hours at Grouse mountain and 2 hours at Capilano). A couple of extra stops at salmon farm and view point that could be skipped as offer little extra to itinerary. Overall well organised and visits top sites of North Vancouver.

Both he Capilano...
Both the Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain are must-sees if you visit Vancouver. Enjoyed both sites, but did feel rushed and that my visit to each site could have been a little longer. Kevin was well versed in his monologue during the trip.

  • Grouse Mountain is family-friendly, with special events for kids.

  • Local wildlife such as bears, wolves, owls, and other birds are common sights.

  • The Grouse Grind is a fairly difficult, steep hike and includes 2,830 steps. The trail goes only one way (up!), so be prepared with sturdy shoes and water, and check ahead for weather-related trail closures.

  • Most activities are included in the price of admission.

  • You can sometimes get a discount if you buy Grouse Mountain tickets in advance.
