This is a great way to see many of the top sights up close at night and learn about the history! Less crowds and cooler during hot summer too! You see a whole other side to this beautiful city and discover the energy of the evening in Rome! Highly recommend and would do during the first couple days of your stay in Rome to acclimate to the area. Dan was our guide and did a wonderful job taking us around and telling us new things we hadn’t heard on other tours.

If you book this tour, I highly recommend booking it on your 1st night in Rome. Seeing Rome at night up close before seeing it in morning detail in the next days is breathtaking. Augusto was our guide and he was very sweet and informative! He made sure we were taken care of and gave us plenty of time to take pictures of certain landmarks. He also gives the groups a chance to switch seats on the golf cart (if you're interested) halfway through the tour to see Rome from a different perspective.
I booked this my first night in Rome. Augusto was our guide and he picked me up right from my hotel! There were only 5 of us so I loved that! He took us to all the beautiful spots to see at night lit up. This was perfect because I was able to kind of navigate the rest of my trip based on that. Where I wanted to go back to in the day time. There was also a quarter of the crowds at these places compared to in the day! The Colosseum at night is a MUST! Augusto was great super sweet.
This tour was such a great way to see many sights that you might not be able to see if your visit is short. Our cart had 3 other guests and Andy made sure to cater to each persons questions and top sites they wanted to see. We had ample time at each of the spots to take photos and grab a gelato for the ride.

A unique experience zipping around Rome in the golf cart! Some stops a bit shorter than others but well organized. In fact you could get a surprise stop! It was a great time. Matt, our tour leader was great fun. You can tell he really loves Rome and loves showing it off to visitors with genuine warmth and joy.
Our guide was nice, he made several stops, gave us enough time to get out and take pictures. Efficient and well run!
The fountains and buildings are lit at night along with no crowds made this experience extraordinary. Fabio was very passionate about his beautiful city. We wizzed by diners on the smallest streets. He took us to unusual vantage points for super photo ops. St Peter’s square at night was right out of the movies. Hardly anyone around. Fabio told us facts and stories about everything. We are over 70 and Fabio made us feel fabulous in Rome.
Andy was a great tour guide. It was fun zipping around alleyways and seeing a different viewpoint of Rome by night.

My family LOVED this tour!!! It was a great way to see so many of the most famous sights in Rome. Our guide was very friendly and so knowledgeable! He did an awesome job explaining everything to us as he showed us the sights.
Sam was the absolute best tour guide! He took his time driving us all over Rome making sure we were able to truly get the full experience of Rome at night. He was very knowledgeable and even went out of his way to surprise us with a last minute stop at Church of Sant’lgnazio Loyola. The faux dome and history was the perfect ending to the evening.
Hands down the best way to get to Rome, see the best sites and get the cliff notes version of each location. Do the NIGHT tour because you can see the city lights, and it comes to life differently. This was advice that was given to me, especially when it was over 100 degrees in August, and I am SO thrilled I listened and booked this trip. I also wanted a private tour, as I was traveling with teenagers with short attention spans and I couldn't have been happier!
This was worth the time, especially if you don’t have a lot of time in Rome but you want to see as much as possible. At first glance I thought three hours seemed like too long and questioned if it would actually be that long. It was and the time flew by and after walking the city for three days this was a great way to cap off our visit and see the beauty of the city at night.
Augusto was outstanding! He was what made this a five star experience. He’s fun, informative and really made the tour.
I think the guide that you get can make or break your experience. Our guide was difficult to understand and not particularly engaging. The tour started late and ended early. I can understand the late start, but then cutting the tour early wasn’t acceptable. Maybe try a different tour company.
We loved the tour and Sam was so informative. This is honestly the best tour we took. It really helped us get the lay of the land to prepare us for the next three days in Rome. Sites weren’t crowded at night and we saw everything.
Loved the tour !! our guides were awesome!! the company was horrible ! I asked before I booked if my granddaughter could go on the tour. I received an email back from the company stating yes as long as I paid for her. So when we arrived we were told she was too young ! Viator only credited me back for 2 which both parents and the grand baby didn't go !! which spoiled my birthday celebration!!

Such a fun way to ease our way into Rome. We flew in early morning, checked into our hotel, took a nap and started exploring the city. We ended the day with this golf cart tour and it was nice to see so much on the first night while saving our tired legs. Our tour guide was sweet, funny and informative. We met a lovely couple on the golf cart with us too. Highly recommend!
They cannot be picked up if you are too far away. But the tour was a blast and guide was very knowledgeable, fun, and funny. Also very accommodating to any needs. Would totally recommend!

We booked this tour on our arrival day in Rome after an overnight travel literary. It was great as our group was running on little sleep and the nighttime tour gave us the opportunity to take a short rest before starting to explore. Having a driver who could navigate the roads in Roma and bring us easily to the must see attractions at night when the crowds were manageable was a great decision. Nighttime viewing has its own kind of magic. Sara was our driver; she was friendly and engaging and an overall fun guide for our first taste of Rome.

Wasn't enjoyable sat at back facing traffic driver didn't involve me and my husband didn't know wot was looking at cos going that fast for the amount of money paid was not worth it
The nighttime experience was unique with the lighting on the buildings and also less traffic made it more enjoyable. Are guide Matteo “Matt” was extremely knowledgeable and took us to some unique locations that helped explain the evolving history of Rome.

It was a wonderful way to see Rome with less crowds & picture taking opportunities under the lights. Our driver was skilled at navigating the city. Unfortunately the speaker set up in our cart functioned intermittently at a low volume so we decided to enjoy the ride & sights without struggling to hear the guides pearls on Rome.
Nico was an excellent guide. He took time to rearrange seating/carts so we could all be together in one. He made this your very enjoyable and fun
