Our driver was waiting for us when we exited the baggage claim area at the airport. He assisted us with our luggage, was very friendly and welcoming to us. Gave us some great pointers on the area such as good restaurants and “must sees”. We would definitely recommend this service. It took away our stress figuring out how we were going to get to our final destination after a long travel day.

We had a disappointing experience with this Flavio, our driver. They arrived on time but refused to wait for my group to collect our luggage, which caused unnecessary stress. A good driver should be patient and accommodating, especially when handling group pickups. I wouldn't recommend their service based on this experience.

Good evening, I'm Flavio, your driver. When you booked our service, you noticed that the wait time at the airport is 60 minutes. From the time your flight landed, I waited for you for a full hour and 45 minutes (45 minutes longer than scheduled), but you still hadn't left the terminal (what were you doing?). Do you think I should have waited all day at the airport until you decided to leave? We provide hundreds of transportation services every month, and this issue has only been verified with you, so it's not our problem or the airport's, but simply yours and your disrespect for those who were working for you. No show and no refund!

Plane was 2 hours late and driver couldn’t accommodate the change so we were left at airport. Driver assured me in a text message a refund had already been processed. To date no refund has been received and they are denying refund. I do not recommend this company and still need our refund.

Good evening, I will reply to your review in detail. Your flight was delayed by 2 hours and 10 minutes, so obviously it created a problem for us too because we work on reservations and appointments. This significant delay did not allow us to carry out your service, not because of our fault but because of your airline. As for the refund, Viator is the one who has to issue it. We are not the ones who keep your money but Viator, so I suggest you call their assistance center and ask how far along your refund is. I think a one-star review is very bad because you are attributing to us faults that we are not responsible for. Thank you, Flavio.

The transfer from Rome’s Fumicino Airport was perfect. Our driver, Giuseppe, was waiting for us just outside baggage claim, with our name on a sign. He helped us with our luggage and the drive was peaceful and scenic on the way to our hotel. We recommend this transfer service without reservation. If you are flying into Rome, save yourself the hassle of lugging your suitcases to the taxi stand where you have to wait in line. This transfer service was worth every penny.

One is always concerned when you await an early pick up. Driver was there waiting - early! Handled the heavy bags on both ends. Sleepy wife left her black purse (easy to miss) in the dark car and the driver checked the car and found it before we left. Experience could not have been more positive!
