*IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is Important to check your pick-up time one day before the tour! Our pick up service from your hotel or accommodation may be one hour before the start of the tour. Please leave your phone number so we can contact you with your pick up time. We kindly ask you to be ready on time at your hotel reception/entrance door and give a 15 minute window time to our driver. Our tour begins at your doorstep - right at the lobby reception we pick our guests and we drive them up to Prague Castle, where the city tour kicks off. The Tour is lead by a licensed guide. Once the tour starts in Prague Castle you will walk downhill admiring and learning about the history of Prague. The tour will develop as follows: - pick up at at the place you are staying - drop off in Prague Castle - 90 minutes walk - 60 muinutes fot lunch time - 60 minutes walk - 60 minutes boat trip - 90 minutes walk Our tour finishes at the Old Town Square.

Awesome Tour With One Caveat

Overall an awesome tour with a knowlegable guide ~ fun & energetic. Lunch in the 13th century restaurant was authentic. One thing to be aware of ~ the description of the tour states it includes the Jewish Cemetery (one of the reasons I choose this tour). It does not include the cemetery. The cemetery is not visible from the area about a block away where we stopped. That's the reason for the point deduction.

We very much enjoyed this 6-hour tour with our energetic, informative and entertaining guide Lance. Be prepared for a lot of walking! The car pickup at our hotel went well, although we did not get confirmation of the time of our pickup until after 9:00 pm the night before (although it was the same as the time originally estimated). The tour of the castle complex was very interesting; just know that it is an exterior tour only and you don’t get to go into any of the castle buildings. The walk down to the Lesser Town was easy and we stopped for lunch at a centuries old restaurant. (Our guide had collected and placed our food orders at the commencement of the tour; there were about 6 options, 2 of which were vegetarian.) After lunch we did more walking and then took a boat tour on the river for 50 minutes. It was slow and leisurely and gave us a nice view of the city from the water. A welcome relaxation break. Then we crossed the Charles Bridge and did lots more walking around Old Town and the Jewish town. Lots of interesting sites to see, including the astronomical clock. When we were done we were pretty exhausted, but we felt we had seen and learned a lot.

This was a walking tour around Prague that included lunch and a boat ride. George, his English name, was our guide. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy sharing his knowledge with the group. The only downside to the tour was the length. It lasted a long time and a few people dropped out early.

Lenka was very knowledgeable about Prague and it's history. Despite the extreme heat, she managed to stay positive and energetic throughout the tour. We loved seeing the major sites and the river cruise was a real delight, seeing Prague from the river. I do wish the tour included admission to some of the castles, churches, etc. Something to consider going forward. Overall, it was a great tour to learn about Prague.

Hotel pick up was changed to another hotel at the last minute, I had precisely t his tour as they did hotel pickup😝. The new location was inconvenient and I actually got lost finding it . A total stranger accompanied me there for precisely /0:00 but found the tour had left, I was th old thst the time had changed to 9:30. This new time was not included in any text message. They did make. Arrangements to transfer the tour to the following necessitating a complete rearrangement of my personal plans.

Pick up with Viator is very confusing. They do not tell you their pickup time. You have to contact them to find out when they will pick you up at your hotel. We had just arrived in Prague and the tour was the next day. I couldn't reach them and then messaged them. Tour was not as advertised and lots of walking.

We were picked up from hotel very on time and went to meeting point however couple of other visitors cancelled their tour iast minute and caused that the tour guide start the tour with one hour delay . Guide was so nice , knowledgeable and energetic and managed all spots very professionally.

This is a first rate tour from start to finish. It was so nice being picked up at our hotel and driven to meet our tour guide, Lance at the Castle. Lance was a great tour and made it all very interesting. He was open to any questions and almost always had the answer. He kept our tour fun and energized for 7 hours. We had a great meal at a Medieval restaurant. The salad, goulash and chicken schnitzel were excellent and our server very friendly. We then went on a one hour boat ride down the river and then continued our walk through the St Charles bridge, Jewish town and ended in Old town Prague. We really enjoyed Lance and the whole was wonderful from start to finish. If you only do one tour in Prague do this one. It is awesome especially if you have Lance for a guide.

Great Way To Experience Prague

This was one of the better tours I’ve been on. It’s the perfect mix of historical sights, important landmarks, a boat cruise and a delicious lunch showcasing Czech cuisine. The tour guide was knowledgeable with a fun personality (she even took us into an additional church to see its beauty) and the group of people I was with made it a fun and memorable experience.
