Top Prague Day Trips

After day of beautiful buildings in Prague I desperately needed some nature. With this trip, I sure got that and more! I'm a solo traveler w/o a driver's licence so the Northern Hike trip was perfect. I was picked up in front of my hotel, dropped off and didn't have to organize anything as all was taken care of. Our guide Martin Hložek was super knowlegeable about geology/history. As a European, I appreciated how he shared his family history with us. Because the trip was split up in different parts, it was well manageable. The scenery was breathtaking and it was nice to relax in the car. Upon request we even stopped at a very nice place for coffee.

Rob is an exceptional tour guide. We have done a lot of tours like this over the years and this was the most fun we have ever had. Rob has a great sense of humor and was very entertaining as well as informative. He took great care to keep the day moving along but also for everyone's speed and hiking ability. The sites we saw were beautiful and unique and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend!

Our guide, Mila, was excellent. We all met at the appointed time at the statue near the Charles Bridge. Our guide was so funny and entertaining as she taught us important history lessons. Her passion for history was evident and you could feel her excitement as she told the stories of the past. We took the tram up the hill and enjoyed entering the cathedral, palace, and visiting the golden lane. Mila exceeded the 2.5 hour tour time and we weren't mad. It was great! Our only cautionary tale for the 65+ crowd is that after walking to the starting point, standing and walking for an additional 4 hours, then the 25 minute walk back to the Charles Bridge and another 25 minutes to our hotel - we were exhausted! But we really enjoyed the tour and would totally recommend. Maybe we just should have called an Uber!

The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us insights into what it was like to live through communist occupation in Prague and the Czech Republic. He shared his personal experiences and what really happened during that time. We thought it was incredibly valuable that our guide shared his lived experience so that we could truly understand the full impact of communism in Prague.

This was a fun and very informative tour around some historical underground spots in Prague's Old Town. The guide was great, she was very knowledgeable, ready to answer any questions we had and had a great sense of humour that definitely made the experience worthwhile.

Was the best experience ever. Beautiful landscapes and great adventure. The tour guide Vojta was the best. He did a great job showing us the wonderful rock formation from the ancient times. Very friendly and professional. We strongly recommend him to friends and family

I’m making this message out to my man David. I will try to convey his charming appearance and mesmerizing personality through my words but it will be difficult because you won’t understand fully until you meet him in person. I’m always impressed with how tour guides like David decided to be tour guides. He was born to entertain larger audiences and yet he’s stuck with the common folk telling cheesy ghosts stories on the streets of Prague. All that aside the tour is good for the price you pay. It certainly entertained a 21 year old boy from Missouri, and if David is the one giving you the tour I guarantee you’ll have a couple of laughs. (Fully recommend)

Wonderful tour around the castle grounds with expert guide Tatyana. She was very enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. After the walking you get to relax along the river for an hour with a drink. After this we walked through the Jewish Quarter before finally finishing the tour in the old square. Many thanks to all.
