Lovely medieval town. Our guide Honza was exceptionally knowledgable, friendly and a great communicator. He took us around the castle for about an hour and explained in detail the history. He then recommended a great restaurant for lunch and then we had about 1 1/2-2 hours to roam around, explore and take pictures. Our driver Marek was also great.

​If you are looking for an incredible day trip that perfectly balances history, nature, and great local food, this tour is an absolute must! ​From start to finish, our experience was made exceptional by our tour guide, Warren. He was truly top-notch—incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and super fun to spend the day with. He had a deep answer for every question and kept the atmosphere warm and high-energy throughout the trip. ​Our first stop was Terezín. It was a deeply harrowing and sobering experience learning about the history of the fortress and concentration camp, but it is such an important piece of history to bear witness to. Warren handled the context with complete respect and sensitivity. ​Afterward, we headed out into nature to hike the Tisa Rocks (Tiské stěny). The rock formations were fascinating, unique, and stunning to explore—walking through the labyrinth of stone towers felt almost otherworldly. ​We also stopped for lunch, which was absolutely delicious and provided the perfect opportunity to refuel and relax after our morning walk. ​We wrapped up the day at the Bastei Bridge, and the panoramic views over the Elbe Sandstone Mountains were breathtaking. The sheer scale of the rock columns and the historic bridge made for unforgettable pictures. ​I cannot recommend this tour—and Warren as a guide—enough! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable day!

It was well planned and organized. Our guide and driver Filip is a very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable person. Good enough information to absorb and digest, not overwhelming but very helpful. The pace was just right. We got to see the sites, had enough time to take photos and to appreciate them. The free time at Dresden was adequate to glimpse an importance museum as I did for the Green Vault, or to enjoy a nice meal and afterwards stroll the old town. Filip gave us very clear and helpful information and suggestions for the free time. At different sites he took tons of very nice photos for all of us. That is a big plus as well. Of course, there are so many things to visit at Dresden. The trip is more of an introduction, and good combination with the nature wonder visit in the Kernzone National Park. If you fall in love with Dresden you need to spend much more time there. For a day trip I highly recommend this one and Filip as your guide.
