Perfect Luxor’s West Bank Tour in Half a Day
We booked the half-day tour, and it was the perfect amount of time for us. Mostafa collected us from our hotel on the Luxor Corniche at 6:30 am and drove us to the Valley of the Kings. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and informative throughout the tour. We also visited the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut and finished with the Valley of the Queens before returning to our hotel at around 12 pm. The car was comfortable and air-conditioned, and water bottles were provided, which was very appreciated given the heat. Overall, it was a very well-organised and enjoyable tour.

Don't Combine East and West Bank: The West Bank Alone Is Worth a Full Day
The West Bank of Luxor was one of the highlights of our trip to Egypt. With our amazing guide we visited the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, Deir el-Medina (Valley of the Artisans), Medinat Habu, and the Colossi of Memnon, and it almost took an entire day. My biggest piece of advice: don't try to combine the East and West Bank in one day. There is simply too much to see and appreciate. Every site has its own story, stunning architecture, and remarkable history that deserves your full attention. The royal tombs in the Valley of the Kings are breathtaking, Hatshepsut's temple is magnificent, and Deir el-Medina offers a fascinating glimpse into the lives of the craftsmen who built Egypt's greatest monuments. Medinat Habu was an unexpected gem, filled with beautifully preserved reliefs. Take your time, slow down, and truly experience these incredible places instead of rushing from site to site. The West Bank alone is enough for a full and unforgettable day. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to fully appreciate the wonders of ancient Egypt. 🇪🇬✨ Misr baladi

To start, they came and...
To start, they came and pick us up at out hotel even though it wasn't in the pick-up zone. When we arrived on the site, we went directly int the hot balloon, no waiting. The view was incredible and the pilot was great ! At the end, the pilot specificly told on not to give money or buy stuff to the kids, because they want them to go to school, we really loved his comment.

Egypt’s ancient wonders come alive in Luxor. There’s so much history here that you’ll want to book a tour (or three) to make the most of your visit. Options include private excursions for a more personalized experience, multi-day Nile River cruises, hot-air balloon flights over the valley, and plenty of opportunities for visiting world-famous sites such as the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
