Well worth the money for...

Well worth the money for the private tour. Matias was excellent, full of knowledge, and flexibility ble with any adjustments. The locations were amazing! The climb to the cave entrance was a lot of steps but I am so happy I made the climb. Well worth it! Recommend the tour and Matias!

Perfect Length Tour

Luna was informative and considerate of our abilities. There is a good amount of walking on cobblestones and going up steps and I'd recommend good shoes. We had climbed the city wall on our own and it was very steep coming down. Luna's way was easier but still had great views. Luna shared great Information about the city's history and the places we'd visit.

The views were...

The views were spectacular on the boat and at the top of the mountain. Our guide, Rosita, was knowledgeable and gave us lots of pointers. She gave us some history of the area and also gave us lots of time to explore on our own. She checked in often to make sure we were doing okay and to answer any questions. She also made sure we had good seats on the cogwheel and that we were able to sit on the boat. It was a very memorable day on Mt. Rigi. Highly recommend if you want to explore the mountain.

We had an amazing experience on the Jungfraujoch guided tour from Lucerne! The whole day was very well organised, and our guide 'kid' was the best! He was funny friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. He also took some great photos! The journey through the beautiful Swiss countryside and up to the Top of Europe was absolutely breathtaking. The views of the snow-covered Alps were incredible and truly unforgettable. ❄️🏔️ Everything was smooth and stress-free, and having a guide made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the highlights of our Switzerland trip! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lucerne and wanting to experience Jungfraujoch.

Beautiful Views

This was an amazing trip! You do it on your own and at your own pace. Start with a city bus, then a tram, a gondola, a cogwheel train, and a boat trip back to Lucerne. Our group really enjoyed it! Pilatus was beautiful! Tip: go early before the clouds move in and obscure the view. My only complaint was the directions. They needed more precise details on where to get off the bus (the actual stop) and details about the reservation site for the cogwheel train.

The views are breath-taking. It’s like being transported to a fairytale. The whole tour is worth the price. The tour guides were the best! Shout out to Matt, Nilsen and Jimmy. Wear sensible shoes. There is a lot of walking and climbing. Bring a sandwich that you can snack on during the first stop.

Awesome day to and from...

Awesome day to and from Mt. Pilatus! All the modes of transportation were really fun! We enjoyed the hour allotted for the top of the mountain. Gorgeous views! We all met at the agreed upon spot at 10:15. The guide didn’t show up so we called the number provided and were told that the tour was rescheduled to 1:15. If we hadn’t called, we wouldn’t have known about the rescheduled time. Very poor communication. When we met up at the new time 3 hours later, the guide said “don’t blame me - it’s not my fault.” She represents her company and should have apologized for the lack of communication regarding the rescheduling of the tour. Not professional at all.

Luis and Lucerne

Luis was our excellent guide for a 2 hour walking tour of Lucerne. Well worth the money to have a local’s perspective and history of the city. We would not have enjoyed the views of the city from the old walls and towers without Luis. Would highly recommend! The one hour boat ride came after the walking tour without Luis.
