Nice start and carts.

We had no issues with the company or the golf cart. Gas is included and they provided a map of the island. We had a fun time exploring Grand Turk. Be sure to follow the directions on how to find this company as it is outside of the secure cruise port area. It is only a 5 minute walk from the ship to the golf cart. I highly recommend this company.

Loved it and very helpful! One thing to keep in mind is that not all golf carts are the same—some are gas and others are electric. Make sure to ask how the parking brake works and how to release it, as well as how to put the cart in forward and reverse. I mention this because our cart had to be switched toward the end of the day, and the replacement was completely different from the first one. Thankfully, they didn’t take long at all to switch it out. Also, make sure you get their phone number in case anything goes wrong while you’re out. Overall, we had a great experience. Highly recommend them, and we would definitely rent here again!

Buy gulf cart on here instead of the cruise since it’s a lot cheaper. Staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us a map of the island. They are located outside the cruise center once you leave the gates. There are several other golf cart business outside the gate but you will see them once you see the sign. Recommend. What a great time!!!

What a great time!! Wife and I walked outside the port gate and we were met by Javi he explained the cart and the process, provided a map and we were off. Stopped at a local grocery and bought a bag of carrots for the wild donkeys, drove to the far end of the island to the lighthouse and cruised back stopping to dip our toes in the water and feed the donkeys. Stopping at Jacks Shack for a couple drinks before returning.to the port. Met Javi at the gate to end our day. What a great time!!!

Best golf cart rental experience. Our cart was clean and looked cooler than others! Easy to use and staff were very friendly. Please note there is a walk to outside the port gates to all the rental businesses but staff will direct you. 5/5 will use again. See the donkeys, lighthouse, and stop at Jacks.

Sheldon is the MAN!

What a wonderful experience, very safe and fun my wife (52) never ridden an 4 wheeler. Sheldon our tour guide went over everything and she picked it up without any issues. I would recommend goggles as the sand from riders in front of you really gets in your eyes. I wear glasses and did manage, but could cause small eye irritation. It was a wonderful experience.

Best excursion

The best excursion we’ve done on Grand Turks! Be prepared to be gone for at least 4 hours, but what a blast. First, they take you out to a crevice to snorkel. There’s about an 800 foot drop off, and you see so much marine life. Next, you head towards Gibbs Cay, where they will free dive for conch along the way. We had two experienced free divers as passengers, and the captain gladly let them join in. Total, we had 9 conch. When we got to Gibbs Cay, the crew began working on the ceviche. We all took turns pulling the conch out of the shells. You spend about an hour playing amongst the stingrays and relaxing on the beach, and then it’s time to head back. While in route, the crew passes out spoonfuls of the best ceviche you’ve ever had!! So glad we did this!!!

Best Golf Carts on the Island

These golf carts were amazing! They were easy to find right outside the port entrance, which made everything simple and stress-free. The carts were new, clean, and even had Bluetooth so we could listen to our favorite music while exploring the island. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole rental process smooth. The price was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend renting from them. I would definitely rent from them every time we visit!

Great rental experience even with a broken down cart

We rented the upscale 6 seater and had an unforgettable wonderful experience in Grand Turk. You have to walk outa the port and D.E.A. rentals was the last one. Ours was #15. Pay the $250 refundable deposit - which you get back when return the cart. The staff goes over how to use it and gives a map with hand written places that was should go explore. Our cart broke down at Pillory Beach - the starter went out. We called D.E.A. Rentals and explained the problem. They sent multiple guys out with a starter in hand and an upgraded cart #25 with a Bluetooth speaker and 2 fans (which was awesome) in about 20mins and we were probably 15 mins from the port. The customer service was outstanding!!! We got on the new cart and off with our adventures we went. We even passed other carts on the road. These upscaled carts are faster than most. We will definitely rent from them again.

Great Company. Customer Satisfaction Second to None.

I booked and paid for a six person golf cart in Grand Turk months in advance. I received confirmation and was ready to tour the island. A couple of days before we were to arrive we received confirmation and the place where we would meet to pick up the cart. We were all set and ready. However, the morning we were to dock in Grand Turk the captain decided the seas were too rough to safely dock in port so we missed Grand Turk. We were very disappointed. I contacted Viator and explained the situation. I received a full refund without having to jump through hoops. That speaks volumes to the character of this company. If I ever need another service this company offers this is the company I will choose even if they’re a couple of dollars more than their competitors. They have shown an example of customer service that I wish all companies would follow.

Provided local map with recommendations marked - for food, etc on the island, which was very helpful. Had both front and rear cart/vehicle guides and at our stops, provided excellent information about Turks and Caicos.
