What are people saying about Florence

Choose your own adventure
We enjoyed seeing these two beautiful medieval towns at our own pace. Our guide provided us with a list of attractions we could visit if we chose and made sure we knew where and when to meet. The transportation was comfortable once we learned how to operate the air vents.

Great Experience!
Great trip! Bus had air conditioning and our host Luisa and driver Rodolfo made it great. Luisa even encouraged us to get tickets to go in the tower on the way there since we had not gotten them yet. Then, on the way back, Luisa had dinner recommendations. Lovely time!

Tackle a major museum with an efficient guide
What an excellent and efficient tour! Our tour guide was OLGA who was very informed and provided a tour that gave useful background on the Medici family, as well as plenty of time around the most significant artworks. Since the museum is of a substantial size, I appreciated that she moved through the rooms efficiently avoiding crowds and pointed out important details. We saw all the famous works on the second floor, but she also pointed out works on the first floor that she thought we should look for. There were so many people a tour was the way to go - easy access into the museum despite the lines, and an efficient walkthrough that did not leave me exhausted.

Great wine tour!
Great tour and value.
Visit includes two stops (1) Younger female run winery Patrizia Cencioni, solid Brunellos (2) Lunch in Pienza, at a great restaurant with most most insane countryside views (3) Montepulciano winery that’s mind blowing. Ancient winery Cantina Ercolani. This is where they have full range, full body brunellos.
Pairing with food/cheese.
Our guide here Luisa was spectacular. The knowledge and wisdom she shared made the experience 5x ⭐️.
Highly recommend.
Leave at 9am, back in Florence 6:30pm.

This tour was exactly...
This tour was exactly what we expected when booking. We chose the option of having free time in each location. While we would have loved a little more time in Siena, we got exactly the amount of time promised in the itinerary and now we know we'd love to go back! The bus was a little warm but it was an uncharacteristically hot day so I don't blame the tour. Our tour guide, Frederico, sent us recommendations for things to do in each location and was communicative and friendly. Because many other tour busses arrived and departed around the same time from both Siena and San Gimignano, the towns were extremely crowded and a little hectic to navigate, but that's no fault of the tour, its just the nature of trying to coordinate a day trip to a popular city. If you are looking for easy transportation to two of the most beautiful and history rich towns in Tuscany, this is a great option- but be warned, you'll be wishing you had a full day in Siena to explore!

Day trip to Cinque Terra
Dani was an awesome guide. Very energetic, cheerful, knowledgeable and organized. The sights on this trip are out of this world. It’s a long day with many transfers between bus, boat, and trains, but Dani made everything feel easy. A very unique experience, would highly recommend.

Ivano was the best tour...
Ivano was the best tour guide!!! We have done multiple guided museum tours, and Ivano has been the best by far. He was super kind, funny, and knowledgeable. The Accademia is a must do in Florence - seeing David was an experience I’ll never forget, and the background knowledge that Ivano provided really enhanced the experience.

A++++ for Ayman (our best tour)
We loved our tour with Ayman! What a wonderful night we had and learned so much about Florence and the Italian culture. I would absolutely book this tour again because of Ayman! He went over and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great time. It’s all we talked about for days afterwards. Book this tour and ask for Ayman. You won’t regret it.

Amazing Day Trip
One of highlights of our Italy trip! It was long (about 12hrs) but very fun day seeing variety of locations in the region. The day trip is divided up very well and no more than about 1.5hours on bus...The lunch was very good and wine tasting was fun... Excellent daytrip overall and highly recommend.

A Nice Day in Tuscany
Lori (our guide) and our driver (Alessandro) were very nice and informative. Wished that there were a more clear instruction as to what to do when we got to the pick up point. There were so many different tours leaving out of the same point and going to the same places that it was difficult to determine which was which and when ours were getting together for information and when we were leaving ( I can see how someone could be left behind or even get on the incorrect bus). But all in all it was a wonderful tour and you see wonderful sights in the Tuscany countryside.

When you only have a limited amount of time in Florence, a great guide is a must.
Katerina was an engaging and knowledgeable guide. We only had a day to spend in Florence--we did the Duomo on our own, then had a great walk through the squares, over the Arno, back across the Ponte Vecchio and ending with David at the Accademie. With limited time-- a great guide is a must, and Katerina was the best.

Well worth it!
This does allow skipping the line for entrance to Accademia, Duomo and dome climb, which makes it well worth it. Plus private group access to the terrace.
It was well organized with 3 staff members doing check-in.
The guide was enthusiastic, knowledgable and fun.
