Even though I wasn’t able to do my balloon ride due to inclement weather I would still very much like to pay my sincere compliments to the tour operator, Renato. He provided such excellent customer service…his genuine sense of caring and concern, his responsiveness and helpfulness all makes me definitely want to try to book another ride with him upon my return to Tuscany. We did this ride in early...

LOVED THIS! Highly recommend! This was a highlight of our trip, we were all very excited to do it and we weren’t disappointed a bit. We were picked up promptly at 5:45am by a very friendly driver, driven to the launch site where we had to wait approximately 15 min. We did this in early May and it was beautiful and such a good experience, but it was cold while we were waiting to get on. We were all wearing jeans/leggings with sweatshirts and a jean jacket and still cold. But once we were on board, the flame warmed us up and it was a pleasant temperature. The pilot was very friendly and made it a very pleasant trip. When we landed we were brought to an outdoor area (thankfully it had warmed up to a comfortable temperature) where we had some champagne, pastries, cheese and meats. We also had an opportunity to buy pictures or a video (taken by a drone) of us in the air. It was such a good experience!

Weather cancellation and Amazing staff

We had been looking forward to this experience for weeks. Unfortunately the weather had other plans for us and we did not get a chance to fly on our scheduled date due to fog. The staff was by far the best part of our experience. They made us feel like we were the most important people in the world. They tried to wait out the weather but unfortunately it didn’t clear out for us to be able to fly. While we waited for the weather to clear out, they took us out for coffee. Once they knew they had to call it do to weather they called a taxi for us and even paid for the taxi back to our hotel. I believe that had we had the chance to fly that day it would’ve been an experience of a lifetime just because of the friendly staff. Hope we can come back and get to fly some day.
