Unbelievable collection of art
The gallery is astonishing. Our guide had an excellent knowledge of art and art history. The tour was well worth the money. One caveat however, we walked around and around trying to find the gathering place. Had we not stopped to ask who seemed to be a stranger we might still be looking. Turned out she was the one collecting the tour participants. She “didn’t realize we were looking for the gathering spot “ for which there was no sign. Otherwise, a good experience.

Great experience in Pisa!...
Great experience in Pisa! The tour leader, Alessandra, told us a little about the countryside and Pisa on the way there. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the duomo was interesting and very beautiful. We climbed to the very top of the leaving tower and it was easier than I thought. Took less than 10 minutes and they do a good job of making sure it’s not too crowded. It was breezy inside and you could feel the lean a bit. The stairs are worn and a little slippery on the way down so give yourself time. We had some time to get gelato and wander a little.

Choose your own adventure
We enjoyed seeing these two beautiful medieval towns at our own pace. Our guide provided us with a list of attractions we could visit if we chose and made sure we knew where and when to meet. The transportation was comfortable once we learned how to operate the air vents.

Fantastic day out in Cinque Terre and Pisa
Fantastic experience with Giancarlo as our driver and guide. Very comfortable MB van, good air-conditioning and seating space. Well planned day, super relaxing and we did not feel rushed. We were able to walk around the towns and enjoy the scenery, take lots of pictures. We had a scrumptious lunch at a restaurant where the owner is known to Giancarlo. Not easy to get reservations unless pre-booked and we appreciated this gesture very much. Highly recommend this activity. It’s not cheap but it’s well worth the cost.
