I will never forget the day that a dear friend of mine taught me how to make a Dry Martini. I was amazed with the emphasis on the detail and the passion that someone needs to put in making it. It made me get a whole new understanding on spirits and drinking in general. This is what I hope to transmit, while doing something I always loved. To cook and drink. This is what made my friendships stronger or created new ones. I believe in the human connection. Especially when this comes from simple things like food, a drink, a swim. There is no better way to get to know someone than teaching how and then having a drink.

Dionisis and Rania are a couple of food enthusiasts who live in the island of Zakynthos, along with their adorable dog. After retiring from their primary careers, they have fully dedicated themselves to the realm of tourism, owning a lovely accommodation next to the place of their cooking class. Dionisis, an adventurous cook at heart, thrives on pushing culinary boundaries, infusing his dishes with creativity and innovation, yielding consistently impressive outcomes. Meanwhile, Rania's culinary journey spans over four decades, interwoven with her diverse roles in work and childcare, all while improving her cooking skills. Beyond their culinary passions, the couple shares a deep love for travel, exploration, and communing with nature. They combine their social interactions with warmth and charm, making every encounter a delightful experience.
