What are people saying about Vancouver

A great tour with an amazing tour guide
This was a perfect "first day" tour of Vancouver. It was just us and one other family, and Michael was a friendly and knowledgeable guide...it was almost like having a friend of a friend take you around town.
We were picked up at our hotel, then drove through town a bit on our way to Stanley Park. Even though it was cold and rainy, we got to see a ton and found it very interesting.
After a good amount of time in the park, we went to Granville Island and had lunch at The Sandbar (which was remarkably vegetarian friendly!). After lunch we did a quick walk through the public market where we bought far too many sweets, then we headed to the van and quickly saw Gastown and Chinatown.
To finish things off, we stopped at La Casa Gelato (238 flavors, including balsamic vinegar!) and then headed back to our hotel.
This was an excellent tour, and Michael was super friendly and knowledgeable. Before the tour we'd mentioned we were vegetarian and he reached out to see what we might need regarding that. After the tour he was happy to give us more recommendations about where to eat and what else to see. He really made this tour what it was.

Fantastic Way to Learn About Vancouver
Rather than a ghost tour, it was more of a historical tour, but still fun and very worth our time. Our guide personalized the narrative in a way that made it really engaging. We learned a lot about Vancouver and heard a few spooky tidbits to boot. Vanessa was incredible. it was cold and raining, but she stayed 100% committed to her character and gave it her all. Total respect for her abilities as an actress and the level of professionalism she displayed. She was also great at improvising, which created several fun interactions with the participants. Totally recommend this activity as a cool way to explore a historic part of Vancouver and to learn more about its past.

Great activity in summer and winter
I did visit the suspension bridge during the day and night. When you visit the bridge during the winter, I would highly recommend you go at night. Everything is lit by thousands of Christmas lights. So pretty! It is a pity that you can't purchase a combined ticket (day and night) to visit the bridge twice on one day.

A Wonderful Introduction to Vancouver’s Charms
We were in Vancouver for a short layover between two flights, and this excursion turned out to be an amazing surprise. It allowed us to soak in the city’s unique vibe, explore its beautiful surroundings, and meet its wonderfully friendly people.
This delightful experience truly made us want to come back to Vancouver for a longer stay so we can fully enjoy everything the city has to offer.

Amazing tour guide
An absolutely amazing Chinatown tour ! Felt like a well curated walk with a knowledgeable friend who truly wanted to share his personal favorite places in Chinatown. Everything we ate and discussed was also placed in the perfect historical context. The pace of the walk was perfect with the right amount of delicious food ! Thank you Bob !

"shout out to Leslie"
Leslie is the best. I'm almost certain he's a walking encyclopedia. I've never learned so much history about a place as I did with him and I love it!, you can see the love he has for what he does, not to mention his great sense of humor. As for the tour itself, it was excellent; all the stops are 100% recommended, and I think the time allotted for each stop is perfect. On the way back, he was incredibly kind and dropped us off at a stop much closer to our accommodation. I definitely recommend this tour—100 out of 10.

A must for first time to Vancouver
From the moment we arrived for our tour, the staff were very accommodating in every aspect. Very courteous and informative! Our guide Nick was wonderful! Knowing there might be some wet weather, we were given a biking poncho to help stay dry which worked very well even though we were somewhat prepared for the wet weather. Well done and would highly recommend this company. If you have never been to Vancouver, this is a must to cover a lot of area much quicker. Along with some history lessons as well

Great for first-time visitors!
Great way to see Vancouver and learn some history and interesting facts! Zach was an excellent tour guide! We took multiple stops/breaks along the way to sight-see and learn something new. From the beach, to the Seawall, to Stanley Park - it was about an 8-9 mile ride and is probably good if you've at least biked a little before. Wouldn't have started off my Vancouver visit any other way!

Excellent overview of Vancouver
Kyle was an excellent guide. His tour was well organized with great information and he was extremely helpful with recommendations. Wonderful post cruise tour of Vancouver. Could have spent a lot more time at each stop, but this was a great overview of the highlights of Vancouver for a one day trip!

Great Trip
This is a fun and easy day out. Two good tourist attractions, with plenty of time to enjoy what they have yo offer. You can visit both using a free shuttle from Canada Place but i would still recommend this trip, its well paced, good value and Leslie our guide was fantastic. The extra bits (vising the Salmon Hatchery, dam and bridge), along with the commentary and guidance are well worth the money.

Post cruise tour
A fun short trip around the city! We did this post cruise to check things out. It’s a great way to get a perspective of where you might want to go to spend more time. They offer airport and/or hotel drop off as well. Gavin was informative and had interesting stories to share.

Over the top
Josh, our captain/ guide, is extremely knowledgeable and upfront about what you may or may not see. We were thrilled not only with the orcas & humpbacks we saw, but sea lions, harbor seals, ravens, brown pelicans, blue herons- we saw it all. And learned quite a bit about not only these animals, but the entire area and animals we didn’t see. All that plus an exciting ride across the open water in a Zodiac. Definitely a must do if you’re in Victoria
