Next, we take an easy walk to the Monte Villca Park entrance. Here, a local guide explains the history, customs, and the natural and cultural richness of the park, which protects native forests, Andean wildlife, and ancient Quechua routes. Monte Villca is an ecological reserve in the Andes foothills, home to species like the red-fronted macaw and Andean fox. It helps conserve biodiversity and the cultural heritage. After a 4-hour hike, we enjoy views, observe birds, and relax at recreational haciendas.
