Captain Jolene was knowledgeable, calm, and engaging, making everyone feel comfortable and cared for throughout the sail. Her crew was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, whether it was assisting with gear, sharing insights about the area, or making sure everyone had exactly what they needed. Maho Bay was spectacular, and snorkeling with sea turtles in such clear, beautiful water was a highlight of our trip. The crew took great care to ensure the experience was safe, relaxed, and enjoyable for guests of all experience levels. If you’re looking for a seamless, memorable snorkeling adventure with top‑tier service, I can’t recommend Captain Jolene and her crew enough. We didn't stay at the Ritz-Carlton but the price for both of us was very reasonably priced. The captin and the crew fellas were great. I dont do well on a boat and they caught that really quick and directed me to a place to sit to help with my motion sickness. From there on it was great. Took us to 2 different islands and they both were amazing spots. Saw so many tropical fish, turtles sting rays and a Barracudas that we could have reached out abd touched. The lunch was perfect nothing heavy. On our way to the 2nd island they put up the sail and we sailed to our spot. Such an amazing day.
