Quad ride
We had a fantastic experience! Communication from the start was great! We were notified about the pickup time, they were a little late but it was again communicated promptly. There was three of us, and my teenage daughter was a bit anxious to go on her own. We had a brilliant man, name Rico looking after us. He was helping my daughter, kept reassuring her and being very patient. I cannot thank him enough! The camel rides were a little short, but there’s a lot of people as it is multiple groups, so don’t be disappointed it. I think it was great. The dinner and the fire show were awesome! Food was very nice. The whole experience really good, I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a great afternoon/evening!

5 star spa
Me and my partner had the most amazing spa experience with amsa, she was so attentive and kind and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our experience. All the facilities were amazing and the massage from amna was sensational. I have been to egypt many times and this spa venue was the best one. 5 stars.

The experience was...
The experience was lovely, mainly because of the amazing views. Our tour guide was fantastic – super patient and multilingual. He was especially helpful with the snorkeling instructions, which was great since I was a newbie. The food was decent, but pro tip: bring extra cash for snorkeling gear and tipping the staff if you're inclined. The camel ride was a bit of a letdown, and the kids asking for tips afterwards was a bit annoying. Also, I wouldn't recommend buying oils at the suggested stops; you can find better quality and cheaper options at the Old Market, plus the packaging is much nicer there.
They provide a photographer on the trip. He charges a fee. The photos were okay but could be better. Overall, though, it was a good experience and definitely worth the money.

Awesome well-rounded tour of Cairo pyramids and museums
This was a well arranged trip with a great itinerary. Jimmy was an excellent guide who showed us the best spots in the pyramids, tombs, and showed us around the museums. He was very flexible in our itinerary based on what we wanted to see and do and he was always friendly and had lots of knowledge. Thanks for being a great tour guide!

Our guide was great at...
Our guide was great at speaking and making it a lovely experience. He always had a smile and tried making you laugh which was lovely. If you had any issues or didn't understand he is super easy to talk to.
I went for buggy with my partner. Definitely wear a scarf to cover mouth and nose as it can get really dusty. I bought one for me and partner for about £4 per scarf from them (bring your own if you have). I wore sunglasses to protect my eyes, you can buy goggles from them or use a used pair for free if they have it (again, bring your own if you have). During the session you stop for photos, get to yell and hear an echo and have another stop to drink free tea. After the session it got slightly confusing as there are lots of people but it was pretty simple, you get back on the vehicle and go to another location (dont have to be with the same people in the vehicle as before as you all ending up same place, you're just one big group).
The camel ride was okay, probably 3-5mins long which was enough of a ride for me. The camel people can be pushy for tips there but just say no or you aint got money if you dont want to. You then go back to vehicle to another location.
Last location you go to the tent where you learn about the herbal medicine, they give you some to try as well as perfume and then you can buy if you want or not. You then go outside to see sunset and watch them make a little bread/chapati/naan whatever you call it hahaha, and you get to try some.
You then go to the other side and enjoy some food. We had some rice, potato, salad, grilled chicken piece and kebab, I went for seconds for more rice and potato, there was no chicken or kebab left. They give you free tea, water bottle, cup of coke. You can buy other drinks if you want. You can also buy to do Shisha.
You then get to watch a little entertainment. We had someone twilring around dancing which was interesting, then a fire show, then people getting involved dancing together.
Finally we had stargazing where someone talked about the stars and pointed them out with a lazer. You then get told which group you are in so you know what vehicle to get into. But before you do so you can look into a telescope I believe (I didn't bother, I was shattered).
Overall, definitely an experience I would recommend doing as this was my first time and I enjoyed it.

our day trip to Cairo...
our day trip to Cairo was excellent. We enjoyed the trip from start to finish. The driver to the airport was punctual and friendly. Our tour rep, driver and tour guide were waiting for us at the airport upon our arrival to Cairo and greeted us in a kind manner. Everything was great. A shoutout for Osama (driver), Hossam (tour representative) Nassar (tour guide) and Abdul Rahman (driver)

Great first scuba experience!
This was my first experience scuba diving and I felt the instructors made me feel very safe and explained everything clearly. The communication, both before and underwater, was good and they have options to extend your dive if you want. I opted just to snorkel afterward. There were a ton of boats at the dock and it was a bit chaotic because everyone leaves at the same time, but I feel our group was well organized and also the boat was one of the nicer ones. It was three levels with a sunroof (not a thin tarp like other boats). It was called Yuna Tours.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!
The experience from beginning to end was fantastic. The team on board the boat were knowledgeable, friendly and very professional and as a result we ended up scuba diving whilst on the trip and for €50 extra per person and it was definitely worth it.
We went around 12 metres down and saw coral and fish that you just cannot see by snorkelling alone and you feel safe and supported throughout the whole experience. A special thank you to Roston who was so thorough with the sharing of his knowledge and support when taking me and my family scuba diving on a one-to-one experience. I would also say that when you do the scuba diving experience, do not miss out on buying the photos and videos as they are worth every penny as you will see with the photos I have put on the review.
The food was fresh and delicious with salad, dressings, pasta, chicken and fish.

Amazing experience!
Amazing and surreal experience! The pickup at the hotel and to the mountain was flawless. I suggest napping in advance as it is hard to do on the bus. It was a very secure experience.
The van drivers were courteous and guides were really great. We were in a group of 45 and they had 3 guides. One in front, one in the back and one in the middle. The trek is tiring but they have a good feel for when to stop the group to rest. Loved the experience and don’t forget to tip them. They are very caring.

Pyramids of Giza
It was a long day, but well worth it. The team were very good and looked after us well. The communication with the admin team over WhatsApp was clear and helpful.
The transport was a modern air con coach and was comfortable during the journey. There was a stop off for the loo and refreshments. The sights we did were the Egyption museum in Cairo, a short Nile cruise, then a Papyrus making exhibition, fantastic lunch - really, fantastic! In the afternoon we then went to the Pyramids and Sphinx. We took a horse carriage ride around, which enhances the visit for us.
Then, after a short visit to a perfume factory, we aet off back to Sharm. The team organised a MaciD's en-route which was very welcome.
To sum up, great trip, great team, all in all, an excellent experiance & great value.
