What are people saying about San Miguel de Allende

Amazing Tolantongo Day
This was an amazing adventure to Tolantongo. It was a long day from San Miguel but totally worth it. We had a great tour guide who took us to Tolantongo. We had plenty of time in the baths. He also procured lunch for a riverside picnic. He took us to the caves and we had time to relax in the river. This is a must do when in the area.

The magical Guanajuato Trip!!
The itinerary was outstanding- our guide Emma was fantastic- knowledgeable, warm, energetic enthusiastic answered questions made us feel like we were the most important visitors on the trip! The driver was courteous car wonderful and the two as a team really made the tour. So hardly recommend this and can’t wait to do another day trip with this company—

Colorful San Miguel
When traveling to new places I always enjoy a tour of the historic center to begin my trip. This was excellent. Our tour guide, Filipe, was knowledgeable and personable. San Miguel has a long and colorful history and Filipe told its story that kept us all engaged. He eagerly answered any questions we had. I highly recommend booking this tour.

Best tour in town
Mary is just absolutely great. Best tour guide ever. This is a really fun tour where you get to know other tourists and maybe locals, eat some good food, learn your way around a bit, maybe get taught a little history, and have several tequila-based drinks along the way. Well-paced, decent restaurants (Azotea is a real standout as is the old-fashioned Cantina-With-A-Trough on Mesones), and with Mary-at-the-helm a super good time. Highly recommended.

things_to_do

In the Mexican state of Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende has long been a haven for artists, expats, and retirees drawn to the colorful and quaint Pueblo Magico (Magic Town). Fly over the beautiful center in a hot-air balloon or learn to make salsas, moles, and other regional specialties during a cooking class. And if you get tired of the easy life, other San Miguel de Allende tours amp up the energy by taking you hiking in the Sierra Gorda Queretana mountains.
