Misleading confirmation email

The experience itself was great. The driver and tourguide were excellent hosts. The places we visited were very interesting and the explanation by the host was very fruitful. The only point was that the confirmation email stated that there was a lunch included. And the manager of the tourguide tried to convince me, definitely not in a customer friendly way, that I have chosen not to have the lunch included. The phone conversation did not lead to any solution so I decided to end the conversation. So my conclusion is that the whole process of registering is misleading.

Wet but worth it

Good tour with Andreu. It started raining about 10 minutes into the tour and it rained the entire time. Despite the adverse conditions, Andreu did his best to keep us comfortable and share his vast knowledge of the Candalaria area. He shared a lot of history of the country in general and the Bogota region. We walked to many of the area highlights and had a delicious cup of coffee at a wonderful little cafe. He pointed out restaurants, coffee shops, etc that we might want to try on our own. Good tour.

excellent walking tour of La Candelaria in Bogota. We were picked up from our hotel they are guide and a driver. Our guide Gerald was very knowledgeable, personable, and gave us an excellent introduction to the old historical part of Bogota. We got to try excellent coffee, a variety of fruits, tea, some ice cream.

What a great private walking tour of La Candelaria! Andres was so knowledgeable and friendly. The driver was great and I felt safe and well taken care of. Andres put thought and research into this tour and I so much appreciate it. He is very personable and I learned a lot about the artist murals, architecture and the history of the area. Fun and informative way to see the old city

The tour was very informative and we got to see a small but interesting portion of the city. (Only 10% according to our guide!) The bikes are single gear and in good shape. There are some portions towards the end where the uphill climb may be slightly tough if you are out of shape/older but not too hard. Pro tip: bring plenty of water, we ran out halfway through and didn’t have a chance to stop along the way for a refill.
