Great Service from Ulla, Tour Needs Better Organizatio

I booked this trip half a year in advance, and about a month before departure, CS staff Ulla reached out to me via WhatsApp to confirm the itinerary. As this was my first time visiting Finland, I had many questions and could not find much information myself. Ulla patiently answered everything, provided clear guidance, and showed an exceptionally professional and caring attitude. Her support gave me great confidence before the trip and made me feel very well taken care of. However, during the tour there were some issues. When boarding the bus, we were not informed that no guide would accompany us, and many people from different groups boarded the wrong bus. At Santa Claus Village, the guide asked us to go to Husky Park on our own, but the driver did not take us there. Without knowing the itinerary clearly, it was easy to get separated from the guide because of the crowd. At Husky Park, each family should have their own sled, but we were arranged to share with another family. It took a long time to resolve, and the local staff seemed annoyed and refused to help us take photos. After Husky Park, the rest of the itinerary was smooth and very satisfying. It would be even better if we could have one more hour to queue at the post office and buy souvenirs.

The afternoon was incredible. Snowmobiling and the reindeer farm with a brief reindeer ride was awesome- made the whole day worth it. The guide at the farm was amazing and full of knowledge. The morning was just okay. Too long at Santa Claus village although we did get a picture with Santa and did not have to wait long. The lunch was not good.

It was good but it would have been helpful to know the visit with Santa is based on first in first served as we ended up getting there too late to be able to see Santa because our guide said we had to leave at a set time and the only time to see Santa was after that time so we missed out and that was our main purpose for going to Santa Claus Village.

This tour was amazing! Picked up from our hotel by a lovely guide and very luxe vehicle. Our guide was so friendly and informative. Our visit to Santa was once in a life time! We had a short ride to glass igloos by a large lake surrounded by the most beautiful scenery. The food was local cuisine and very tasty. We sat in the igloo and felt warmth by the roaring fire and the surroundings really engulfing us in an almost mediative peace. the ATV ride through the forest was exciting and showed us the nature wonder of Lapland. WOW at Santa's Village

It is quite an interesting trip with most of the highlights of a trip to Rovaneimi covered (other than the Northern Lights). Visiting Santa's office and getting a private audience with him, a reindeer ride, a husky ride, plus some associated activities. The beauty is all activities are precooked, hence hardly any waiting times. The door to door time is 6 hours. The underlying catalysing denominator of this tour which left us with the WOW factor was our guide Aneeq Bokhari. It was a solo trip, and the way he waded through the challenges with seemingly effortless ease demonstrated his professionalism and complete knowledge of the dynamics at the park. This coupled with his personalisation and empathy made our trip to Santa's Village a memorable experience

Santa Claus Village

They provide express pass to Santa which was the most valuable thing. We had videos amd photo and we spent quality time with Santa. The rest of the tour was pretty much on our own. The lunch was very bad. The food was not good but I guess anywhere around the touristic places you will get the same quality.
