Sitting around the heat in the dome of the temazcal, you will feel the vapor of volcanic stones and connect with the aroma of medicinal plants. Your body is detoxified through sweat and the spirit is renewed in the ritual. You will learn the power and importance of silence, but also of words and songs, and how to find harmony with others.
Temazcal is part of a healing ceremony and will be led by our shaman; you can purify the body, balance the spirit and achieve a state of harmony, calm and well-being.
In the ceremony you will connect with the center of the earth, balancing your energy.
Temazcal is believed to represent the womb and as you leave the steam bath, in a symbolic sense, you will feel reborn, rejuvenated and revitalized, healing from the inside out.
Once the ritual is over, a refreshing shower, fresh fruit, refreshing drinks and hammock rest around the pool will complete your day
