Top Pescara Bus Tours

Like most of Italy, Abruzzo is famous for its wine, so no visit would be complete without sampling some of the local vino. Visit one the oldest wineries in the region for a wine-tasting session paired with a sampling of local olive oils, cheeses, salumi, and sausages. Follow the entire wine-making process, from weighing to pressing, and visit cellars where hundreds of thousands of bottles are stored for aging.

Abruzzo is often overlooked by visitors in Italy, but the region boasts everything from sky-high limestone peaks to dense forests and picturesque villages—however, with limited public transportation, coordinating a visit involves juggling many moving parts. Enjoy a seamless experience during this in-depth, multi-day tour, which takes in highlights such as Gran Sasso National Park, the Majella massif, and the Adriatic coast, taking you deep into Europe’s “green lung.”
