The photo shoot begins in the charming Xochimilco neighborhood, where you’ll feel at ease as we capture memorable moments from your trip. We will explore the city’s aqueduct and the colorful Oaxacan facades, perfect for your social networks. Wear changes of clothes to make the most of every place we visit. A highlight will be the photo in the Church of Santo Domingo de Guzman, ensuring a spectacular postcard. Start your adventure from your hotel or Airbnb in Oaxaca. We travel by van to Mitla, where the bike tour begins. Pedal between agave fields towards the village of Xaagá, as you discover rural life: peasants working the land, adobe craftsmen and looms, and an old forgotten hacienda. Continue to the prehistoric caves of Mitla. There we left the bikes and started a 2-hour hike on mountain trails until we reached impressive rock art shows, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, we decided as a group whether to continue cycling or transport to the archaeological site of Mitla. Explore this best preserved archaeological site in Mexico, with a certified bilingual guide, admiring its famous stone mosaics and ceremonial architecture. We close the experience with a comfortable return to Oaxaca, closing an unforgettable day full of adventure, history and unique landscapes.

Unlike a typical cooking class, this experience takes place in a rural Chatino community where guests learn family recipes passed down through generations. Participants prepare Oaxacan red mole, handmade tortillas, and tamales using traditional techniques, then share the meal with local hosts while discovering the culture, traditions, and daily life of Oaxaca's coastal communities.

We will leave the Historic Center of Oaxaca de Juárez to head to Teotitlan del Valle. Our second stop will be Santiago Matatlán, the Mezcal Capital of the World, where you will be part of the process of making the mezcal, cut agave, taste cooked maguey, package your own bottle and get to know our matured mezcal cava. But the most amazing thing hardly comes, and it is our tasting of more than 12 different Mezcales. Any of you like it? We can try it again. And finally, we will visit the maguey/agave fields aboard a barrel-shaped truck, along the way we will talk about its cultivation, varieties, and discover why it is such a noble plant. You will taste other drinks such as: pulque, cured, mead and tepache. You take care of enjoying and taking photographs, that teach you and have fun we will take care of.
