Good hike!
Definitely do a private tour otherwise there might be a lot of waiting and/or rushing depending on the pace of thr group. Manage your expectations regarding the view, it is very smoggy even in sunshine. A mix of trails, paved roads, and paddy ledges. Mostly a downhill hike from Sapa Town. Our guide, Soo, was kind. As well published, the villagers do follow you and will high pressure sales you their handicrafts.

Village insight is great to experience
Great experience seeing the local villages and settings. Expect a decent walk on both days so appropriate footing is a must. Language barrier is at times difficult although a good guide is very helpful. Definitely worth the time in Sapa.

We had an amazing day motorbiking around local villages near Sapa with our guide, Vang. We would highly recommend this tour.

Driver was prompt and got us to the airport from Sapa. We were told 5 hr and 30 minutes and it was actually 4 hr and 15. Missed breakfast to make sure we arrived on time. Vehicle was not up to the standard for the price we paid.

Great walk through paddy fields.
Wonderful walk from SaPa city center to the villages. Sadly it was raining on the day we did the tour but our guide made the most of it. We enjoyed trekking through the paddy fields and spending time with the villages.

It was a challenging but nice tour, travelling through Sapa and it’s surrounding villages on a bike was difficult no doubt but it was a once in a lifetime experience…we went through several offbeat villages watching the local life and also to many picturesque touristy spots…our guides Chin and Bin were very friendly and tried to make us as comfortable as possible.

Sapa Motorbike Tour
Today we did the Sapa Motobike tour with 2 drivers Chin and Bin! Chin was very attentive to our needs. We had a great day with them. However Bin does speak English which is a little bit complicated for the passenger. I recommend to Viatur to make sure that the drivers speak English

Nice, comfortable experience to Sapa
Sapa tour with Fansipan was very nice. They do a great job organizing the tour, the food at the hotel is very good and the limousine from Hanoi to Sapa is very comfortable, it didn’t even feel like a 6 hour journey.

Trekking tour in Sapa with Vu
Our trip was great! We had Vu as our guide, a Black H’Mong woman who has lived in Sapa her whole life. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, her English is very understandable. The hiking had steep downhills so definitely wear shoes with good traction. Trekking poles would have been great but we didn’t pack any. We did the tour in mid-March so the fog was pretty thick, but we still got some good views. The bungalow didn’t have heat, but the bed was heated and there were nice hot showers.

Our trip was great. The trek while tiresome but was well worth it. The tour guide was fantastic. If you want to get a taste of Sapa from the perspective of a local and not just the tourist photo ops this trip is for you. The photo ops are still great on this trek too btw.

Nice place, good orga, disappointing food and pushy locals
Generally good organisation, you are well taken care of and do as advertised, it is smooth, the guides are nice. Food is disappointing, they order for you really basic stuff. Locals being very pushy on buying from them gets annoying.
