What are people saying about Sapa

Good hike!
Definitely do a private tour otherwise there might be a lot of waiting and/or rushing depending on the pace of thr group. Manage your expectations regarding the view, it is very smoggy even in sunshine. A mix of trails, paved roads, and paddy ledges. Mostly a downhill hike from Sapa Town. Our guide, Soo, was kind. As well published, the villagers do follow you and will high pressure sales you their handicrafts.

Village insight is great to experience
Great experience seeing the local villages and settings. Expect a decent walk on both days so appropriate footing is a must. Language barrier is at times difficult although a good guide is very helpful. Definitely worth the time in Sapa.

Driver was prompt and got...
Driver was prompt and got us to the airport from Sapa. We were told 5 hr and 30 minutes and it was actually 4 hr and 15. Missed breakfast to make sure we arrived on time. Vehicle was not up to the standard for the price we paid.

Fast, efficient.
Easy, good communication. Allowed us to stop when ever we cared to. Easy trip from Hanoi to Sa Pa. Professional driver.
