This is a spectacular five day climb to the peak as you cross the lowland forests alpine tundra with giant groundsels and lobelias. A number of small glaciers are to be found around the summit. The summit day is about 10 hours of hiking in total as we will head back down the mountain to Chogoria Bandas for the night.
