I was the only person on this tour but I didn’t matter because the guides, especially Gomez in hells gate and Ian on the lake were brilliant.

A must when staying in...
A must when staying in Nairobi. David the driver is a great guy, providing wonderful information about the areas visiting and passing through with good humour. The bike ride in Hells gate was sublime and a memorial experience. The boat ride around crescent island was also great seeing many wildlife and getting close enough to the Hippos. Thanks for a memorable day out.

Drive to Lake Naivasha...
Drive to Lake Naivasha with Josh. Went on a boat safari with guide Ben and saw land animals as well as birds such as the sea eagle and pelican. We then went to Hells Gate and took the option to hire electric bikes (3000 Kay) but well worth it. No protective cycle helmets are provided. We were guided along the gorge by a local guide who was very knowledgeable. Back for a late lunch we had preordered in the morning, then the 2 hour drive back to Nairobi

Tour great, Viator was dishonest!
The actual tour was awesome. However, Viator was not forthcoming about the fees. I booked an all-inclusive, and Viator told me it covered the park entry fee, bike, and boat. I noticed on my ticket that none of this was covered despite the voucher stating it was all inclusive. I spoke with 3 different agents that assured me that I didnt have any additional fees, but it was a lie. I finally got one to include the park entry fee to the park.
I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, but make sure you get all fees confirmed upfront. All inclusive wasn't inclusive of anything at all!

Wow. What a...
Wow. What a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The electric bike ride in the park with zebras and gazelles in the background was cool. The guide was so knowledgeable and cool with taking photos of my experience since I was solo. The lake experience was cool as well. I've never been that close to a hippo before. I got to see an African eagle swarm and pick off fish up close. The whole experience was top-notch. 🤩 🚲🦓🦛🦅 #Safari #Adventure #Experience #Animals #Lake

Great activities,...
Great activities, especially boat ride and hike in gorge, except long ride there and back with lots of traffic. Also confusion over whether admission to park was included as stated.

No hell at Hell's gate only Pleasure.
This was an excellent long day. Guide was outstanding. Very helpful. He was open to flexible planning. We enjoyed the drive. The touring bike ride down into the gorge. We enjoy the lake crescent Island. Each guide was excellent. Bike guide. Walking. Guide the lake boat driver. My wife became tired on the bike ride and the guide helped her to finish which was excellent. Our driver was patient and flexible. Which we appreciate it very much.

Hells Gate and Lake Naivasha is a must see
We had a great day out with Dismus and Frunk to Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate National Park. Our guides were very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. We felt like travelling with friends on a day trip and not taking part in a paid activity.
This tour was private, so no big groups or anything like that.
The guys were on time and made our journey enjoyable. It took about 3 hours to get to the lake. We had a short break mid-way at the Rift Valley viewpoint. Unfortunately, it was misty, but we managed to see the valley. Toilet, coffee, and gift shops were available there.
After that, we continued our trip to the lake. We started there as the weather was closing in, and the guys said the lake tends to get heavy rains, so better to go there early. We had a great time at the lake. The weather was perfect, mostly sunny and very warm.
We were handed over to the boat team.
Our guide knew everything, all birds, all animals. We learned a lot.
managed to see plenty of hippos, pelicans, waterbucks, and all sorts of birds. The lake itself is beautiful. I saw some pics before we went, but it was better than expected.
After the lake, we went to get some bikes, which were transferred to the park entrance for us. We bought the tickets at the gate (I would recommend buying them a day before online and saving some time that way).
The park is great, full of animals, and we got to cycle amongst them. I believe this is the only safari park where one can ride a bike.
We went to see the gorge where, surprisingly, some hot springs were visible. Again, we learned a lot about the animals living there.
Cycling back is a bit harder as it's mostly going up, so if one is not used to that in the heat, then better to opt for an electric bike. It's also possible to go by car, but what is the fun in that :)
We really enjoyed the trip, which was great thanks to our guides.
I wish we had more time to spend there with them.
This trip is highly recommended!

Bird enthusiasts of all levels shouldn’t miss the Mervyn Carnelley Raptor Hide—a camouflaged viewing station in the park.
If you are exploring the park on your own (on foot or by bike), there’s an easy 4-mile route that stretches from the main entrance at Elsa Gate to the picnic area and ranger’s station near the entrance of Ol Njorowa Gorge.
Pack a picnic lunch to eat in the picnic area, but beware of curious vervet monkeys who might make your snack their own.
