It will be the best money you ever spent. It was absolutely worth the investment to have concierge service escort you from the flight through passport control and customs. The process was quick and smooth. That alone is worth it. It was very to have lounge access and refreshments while you wait for your hotel transportation.

Had a great time and experience. The only female guide, Tamil, was exceptional, friendly, funny, and very helpful. She made sure we were safe and kept the entire group (about 20 people) together. We walked up THE ENTIRE FALL, from the bottom (ocean) to the top. The water was cool but very refreshing. It was my 1st time and was memorable. The filmographer, "Ugly Curtis", don't know why he called himself that, was very energetic & made us take great pictures..and made every couple kiss and ignited a spark.. We bought the Pic and videos (cost only $40), which was awesome because he took soooo many photos with different poses - he did a great job! We bought the pics from the Blue Hole (which they wanted $50, but I talked down to $40) too but there were only about 18 pics. Dunn's will be at least 30-40, plus video. Much better deal. Also, watch out for vendors charging taxes (15%) and over charging you too. Buy items from the street stores near your resort and price shop. I paid $29 ($9 more) for a shirt at an excursion, but same shirt was next door to my resort for $20.

The bus operator gave us great information along the route. Our tour guide Carlos, and his team were kind and helpful! Recommend this tour!

This experience was amazing ! From the pick up the driver gave us a tour of everything we weren’t just sitting in silence . We got there our captain Marlon for the bamboo raft was THE BEST ! He made sure we were comfortable stopped along the way so we can get food drinks if we needed and made sure we had a great experience! 10/10 recommend

We had such a good experience. Booking online was so smooth and the response time was good. When we arrived we met with a guide and he called our vehicle. Our driver was very friendly. On our return the driver was on time in the lobby for our departure back to the airport from hotel, driver was very friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a transfer to and from the airport to your hotel.

10/10!! The other reviews had me nervous but my experience was not like theirs! We did the earliest option (830). We did bamboo, atvs, seahorse, zip line , and catamaran . Done and wiped out by 3:45, and had time for an hr break to eat & drink. We skipped the rum tasting cuz we were already at the bar when it started. Jeep tour was offered i think at an addition price. We skipped land horses cuz the sea horses was enough. We went on a Saturday by time 10 rolled around checkin line was long , the wait time for each excursion to start once you got over there was about 5-10 mins. We didn’t experience long wait times for anything . 10/10 would do this again!

It was a fun day! River tubing portion takes around 45 minutes total with 30 of that on the water. Very nice river guides. Short drive away is the Bamboo Beach club. Nice setup with a beach bar and plenty of places to relax. Food was local flavor and very good.

Unforgettable Experience – Highly Recommend!

From start to finish, this tour was absolutely worth it! Our driver Hassan was reliable and friendly, and AJ, our rafting guide and foot massage expert, truly made the experience special. Rafting down the Grand River Leigh was both relaxing and informative. AJ gave us a fascinating bit of local history and even taught us about the difference between mature and young cocoa leaves 🍀—explaining how the mature leaf repels water while the younger one absorbs it. Despite the river appearing muddy from recent rain, he demonstrated how the water was actually clean by pouring it on the leaf—where it appeared crystal clear! The limestone foot massage was a highlight. It left our skin feeling incredibly smooth and refreshed. AJ’s skill and warm personality made the entire journey even more enjoyable. I would absolutely do this tour again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
