After leaving the city, the route climbs on a secondary road between hairpin bends in the green and increasingly open views of the sea, up to the Locanda del Gallese area. From here you continue on a beautiful dirt road at high altitude, between the blue sea, the terraces, the vineyards and the perched villages of the coast. The arrival in Manarola, with its colorful houses and small port, is the most iconic moment of the tour, before the comfortable return by train with e-bikes to La Spezia.
