Top La Spezia Caving

Excursion in a cave adventure trail, the only one of its kind in Italy. Participants will be able to safely visit the deepest cave route so far only attended by specialized cavers. The route is suitable for all visitors in good mobility and health. Access allowed for persons over 10 years and 140 cm in height, min weight 30 kg. and max 120 kg.

The Bay of Poets is lined with tiny coves and caves accessible only by sea. This guided kayak tour departs in the late afternoon when the Gulf of La Spezia is bathed in golden dusk light. Paddle through pristine waters off-limits to motorboats, relax on the beach, and enjoy a sunset aperitivo of drinks and snacks. The tour has a moderate difficulty level, suitable for those with some kayaking experience.
