A relaxing and creative activity in Kuta

I had an amazing time making silver rings with my husband at Kuta Bali Silver. Honestly, it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The whole experience felt hands‑on in the best way, but never overwhelming, because the instructor was incredibly patient and genuinely excited to teach. We started with loose bits of silver, and they actually let us smelt them down ourselves into a little bar. Watching it melt and then harden again was so satisfying. From there, we shaped the bar into a ring, hammered and ground texture onto the band, and slowly watched it turn into something that actually looked like jewellery instead of a metal blob. One of my favourite parts was adding our names to the inside of the rings. The instructor guided us through every step—lining up the letters, stamping them cleanly, and making sure we didn’t accidentally ruin our hard work. They even taught us how use flux to solder the ring closed, which felt like a tiny moment of metal‑working magic. After that, we oxidised and polished the rings until they looked like something you’d buy in a boutique. Except better, because we made them together. If you’re in Bali and want to do something creative, meaningful, and surprisingly relaxing, I can’t recommend this enough. We walked away with lovely silver rings and a really sweet memory.

We booked the tour with Wayan via the Viatour operation for an onshore excursion around Bali - An independent operator whilst on a cruise - we were docked in Bali and wanted to make the most of our time there - We couldn’t have made a better choice - Putu was our assigned guide for the day - He was promptly awaiting our arrival at the port of Benoa - Putu is So friendly, and very knowledgeable - Putu gave us such a good insight to the Balinese way of life whilst we got to visit some great locations Temples,Silver factory,waterfall, and The paddy fields - The tour included a great lunch in a great location overlooking the paddy fields - I would highly recommend this trip and the services of Wayan and Putu - You should have no concerns if you are on a Cruise Liner - They are very aware of your time restrictions and will work around the itinerary accordingly - Great tour - Thank you Wayan and Pitu - We had a fabulous time with you and have made some everlasting memories - Great Team

Amazing Experience-Highly Recommended

This excursion was absolutely amazing and so much fun. My tour guide, Yudi, made the entire experience unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about Indonesian history and culture. I learned so much throughout the day. Yudi also knew all the best photo spots—and he didn’t just point them out, he took fantastic pictures and videos for me. (Side note: he makes really cool videos!) The performance at Uluwatu Temple was spectacular and definitely a highlight of the trip. Since I was traveling solo, Yudi went above and beyond by helping me get around even after the tour ended. His support made the whole experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I would absolutely do this excursion again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali.

Wonderful experience!

We had Darma as our guide and he was fantastic! We enjoyed talking to him throughout our car ride to the all the activities for the day. He was a really great guy! Also I want to say I really liked the activities planned on the tour. It’s great for people who may have a limited time in Bali and want to see many beaches in one day. The temple was beautiful and we loved watching the kekak dance!

It was an amazing experience! The staff were all really friendly and attentive. There was a 5-course menu and the food was great quality. The live band were amazing, playing any songs we requested. Great experience, well worth it

Snorkel guide very friendly and accommodating and the waterfalls was nice. But the best part of the experience was our driver Adi, from the moment he picked us up we were laughing and joking all day, such a beautiful person. Was full of local information and always ensured our well being was to utmost top notch. If you can get Adi, you won’t regret it!!!!!! Thank you Adi very much.

Adventures in the Jungle - ATV’s, monkeys, & waterfalls 🌴

Had a great day with my 14 year old nephew. Wayan was super lovely, pointing things out and telling us about the local culture & areas. We had a fun but brief ATV ride, as we realised the activity wasn’t for us. Wayan was so accommodating taking us to our next destination early, after we had a tasty buffet lunch (the chicken skewers and veg fritters were my fave). Initially we walked the monkey sanctuary alone, but Wayan encouraged us to see the monkeys with a photographer - it was so much better because they call the monkeys to meet you & take excellent pics! The photographer isn’t paid, but makes money if you buy a photo from them. I bought 3, totally worth it to support the locals who look after the area with respect, & have a fun souvenir to take home! This park is nice because they are more careful that tourists follow safety rules, so the monkeys haven’t picked up bad habits (like theft and hissing). Wayan took us for a surprise stop at a coffee plantation which my nephew and I really enjoyed. We got a mini tour and of the grounds & demonstration on how the coffee is made, from harvest to powder. After this, we sat in a lush, tranquil garden cafe & were provided with a completely free sampler of various specialised teas & coffees (plus one delicious hot chocolate). You can purchase some to bring home at the gift shop. My nephew and I both loved the mangosteen tea, and I was happy to take a box home with me. The waterfall was great to see, and people were swimming underneath it, which looked nice & refreshing. Regarding accessibility- the stairs are very steep, deep, and uneven, but many older people were still walking down - just a little slowly & carefully. I got my exercise today for sure! It’s been a fun & lovely day - I recommend the tour, and certainly recommend Wayan as a guide and driver 😊

Fantastic day in Ubud with Quad bikes!

Fantastic day! Started with the Quad bike. So fun!!! Be sure to bring a change of clothes. They provide showers, but you get very muddy!!!! The terrain was gorgeous and the guides were fantastic. After we showered, we enjoyed a delicious lunch with scenic views of rice paddies. We then viewed the Tegenungan waterfalls. We did not swim in them, but others did. Our day ended at the Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest. We got to see the monkeys playing, and we even fed the bats that are also in this sanctuary. Amazing day! Our guide Gustie made the day even better by sharing his knowledge of Balinese customs and historical information.

Our experience with yogi and dewa couple days ago was absolutely amazing ,they knew exactly where to go, all the best photo opportunities, they took amazing videos for us as well and was so kind and polite. Dewa was knowledgeable and informative an excellent driver on the narrow bumpy roads ensuring we were safe and comfortable. The minute you walk in the door you notice the lovely fragrance of the facility. You’ll be given a welcome drink of tea & you will choose the oil scent for the massage. The massage itself is amazing-the best I’ve ever had & I’ve had a massage in Thailand that doesn’t compare to this one! The outdoor shower, the fragrant bath, the entire experience is so amazing. My husband couldn’t keep his hands off me the rest of the day! If I lived in Bali, I would frequent this establishment monthly ❤️
