So knowledgeable and so fun! Don’t miss it.
Our guide was phenomenal. The stories he shared. Also, he is a real trainer and he knows the business inside out. He answered so many questions and grew our love for horses. So much so that I got back to the hotel that evening and watched the secretariat movie. 😀 Also the tour takes you to the beautiful Keeneland Racetrack, a few horse farms and a chance to pet and see horses in the field. The scenic drive to the horse farms is just spectacular. Love love love this tour.

Outstanding Tour
Great experience!! The tour guide (Barbara) was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Despite a couple of different preferences amongst the group, she made it work seamlessly without inconveniencing anyone and enabled us to see more than we had originally planned on.

Fun to get out walking and see areas of Louisville we likely would have missed.
This was just about the perfect amount of walking, guided by a wonderful guy who was flexible enough to let us deviate away from the walk when we really wanted to take some pictures and then dash back. We saw areas of Louisville that probably we would’ve never seen. Really glad we went.

If your brain wants to automatically add either “derby” or “bourbon” after the word “Kentucky,” that’s understandable—the state is rightly famous for both. As such, there are dozens of Kentucky tours to horse farms so you can see the sleek thoroughbreds up close. You can also traverse the bourbon trail on tours that stop at some of Kentucky’s most famous distilleries. Other options include guided walks through historic Louisville, visits to the National Corvette Museum, or food-focused walks through Lexington.
