Our tour guide Lebo was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions along the way. Lebo offered current information about the dynamics of Johannesburg and the complex history of the city. For the Apartheid Museum, two hours are allotted, and since we finished with 30 minutes to spare and Lebo was patiently waiting for us, which worked out nicely. Lebo asked if there were any specific places we wanted pictures, or where we wanted to be dropped off after the tour, which we said Mandela Square. This tour is full of history and half a day was just right.

This tour was bittersweet for me. I booked the tour for me and my adult son however, my son ended up very sick and couldn’t attend the tour. Aside from that, the tour was great! My guide Lebo could not have been any more AMAZING! He was kind, with a quiet demeanor but he wasn’t quiet at all. He was so well informed and shared so much information about the places we went and the things that I saw. I really enjoyed talking with him. Since my son was sick and missed out on the activities of the Joberg part of our trip, we may have to visit Joberg again in the future. If so, I would not hesitate to book this tour again!
