Josh was a great tour...
Josh was a great tour guide and driver. The tour was well organised and Josh was knowledgeable. We learnt a lot about the animals and local environment. We saw 4 moose’s by the road. The tour was thoroughly enjoyable and definitely recommended if you’re visiting Jasper.

Great views and wildlife
This was a wonderful excursion. Josh was very enthusiastic and excellent at spotting the animals. He gave us a lot of interesting information about the area and the animals. We were worried because the weather because it was rainy and snowing at the lake, but apparently that is the best time to see wildlife. We are very glad that we went. A lot of fun.

Maligne Lake and Spirit Island Boat Tour
We had a short stop at the top of Magline Valley and then at Medicine Lake for photos. Then we had a boat tour from Maligne Lake to Spirit Island. The tour guide was very informative and the boat ride was very pleasant. We had some time on the area around Spirit Island where the views are really beautiful

The boat cruise to Spirit...
The boat cruise to Spirit Island was great. However if the bus windows had been properly washed & cleaned, we could have seen outside much better & been able to take clearer photos.
Medicine Lake
- The lake is an intriguing stop for geology and glacier enthusiasts—information boards provide details about the lake’s natural disappearing act.
- If you want to get on the water, bring your own craft or rent a kayak from a shop that delivers it to the lake for you.
- The lake’s north viewpoint (paved and wheelchair accessible) is the best spot to stop for photos overlooking the lake.
- Medicine Lake offers a quiet alternative to the more populated Maligne Lake.
