Lovely trip. Beautiful Swiss scenery. Gondola ride upwards was enjoyable as was the cog wheel train ride downwards. Many opportunities to take selfies and good photographs. There are restaurants at the summit so everything is comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended to take this trip. Our guide Elizabeth was great. Gave us lot of info and tips and took care of the group.

One Day Mountian and Lake Experience

Well run tour. 2 hours free time on your own in Lucerne and two hours on your own at the top of Mt. Pilatus. Basic guidance provided on sights to see in Lucerne but you may want to do a little research ahead to optimize your time. We had a gloriously clear day and views from Mt. Pilatus were spectacular. Cable car ride up and cog train ride down were fun. Lake ferry ride back to Lucerne was pleasant and relaxing with snacks and beverages available for purchase.

This tour takes advantage of public transportation BUT with a guide to remove any guesswork. The beauty of the Lake Lucerne cruise which was amazing was surpassed by the views from high atop Mt. Pilates. Our guide, Jovana, could not have been better in keeping us informed of all the folklore surrounding these mountains and villages. Our best tour of the three week European journey
