Escape the crowds and discover one of La Fortuna's best-kept secrets. Jungle Yoga is a small-group wellness experience set in a private rainforest lovingly protected by a local Costa Rican family committed to preserving its natural beauty and wildlife. Far from the busy tourist attractions, you'll enjoy a peaceful environment where nature remains the true host. Your journey includes a mindful walk through the rainforest, a yoga session on a private deck beside a waterfall, sound healing, a guided reflection with the Jungle Intuition Oracle—created by your host and transpersonal therapist, Karla Corrales—time to relax in natural swimming pools, and a traditional Costa Rican lunch cooked over a wood-fired stove with vegetarian and gluten-free options available. More than a yoga class, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with nature and experience Costa Rica in a meaningful and authentic way.

Explore Tenorio Volcano National Park and visit a sloth sanctuary with this private tour. You'll start at Tenorio Volcano, where you'll take a five-mile hike through the rainforest, passing by volcanic vents and the beautiful waters of Rio Celeste along the way. You'll then visit a sloth sanctuary, where you'll see two types of sloth in their natural habitat before wrapping your tour up with a traditional Costa Rican lunch.

Learn how to navigate Tamarindo’s waves during this roughly 1.5 hour surf lesson. Choose the group size that works for your budget, with private, small-group, and larger group options. Practice paddling, popping up, and riding with guidance from your instructor. More experienced surfers can also practice their technique by surfing alongside an instructor.

There’s a good reason why Tamarindo is known as a top surf destination for beginners. In just one lesson, you can pop up on your board and ride a wave when you take a private or group lesson. Or, even upgrade to a 3-day mini-surf camp—the choice is yours when you book. No matter what you choose, hang easy knowing that all equipment and a qualified instructor are included with all packages.
