We had an amazing experience with Sebastian and couldn't have asked for a better guide! From the very beginning, everything was seamless with a smooth and punctual pickup. On the drive, Sebastian shared fascinating stories and local knowledge that made the journey just as enjoyable as the destinations. We were even lucky enough to spot a mama black bear with her two cubs, a deer, and witness the iconic train passing through the mountains —both unforgettable highlights of the day. When we arrived at Moraine Lake, Sebastian managed to find a parking spot during the busy July season, which felt like a miracle! He treated us to delicious hot coffee and hot chocolate for the kids, served in insulated travel mugs—a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. He guided us up the Rockpile, showed us quieter spots away from the crowds for beautiful family photos, and thanks to his advice, we chose to canoe at Moraine Lake, where the line was much shorter than at Lake Louise. It was one of the best decisions of the day! At Lake Louise, Sebastian recommended the perfect hiking trail based on our family, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. We are a family of four with two kids, and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Sebastian's knowledge, kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful planning made the entire experience relaxing, memorable, and truly special. We are so glad we chose this tour. It made visiting Moraine Lake and Lake Louise during the peak July season easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an exceptional Rocky Mountain experience!

The experience met the description. It was Amazing! The bus ride to Moraine Lake was filled with great information from Tobi, and a bear sighting! The lake was stunningly beautiful, and I couldn’t believe we had it all to ourselves. I feel so lucky! Tobi was awesome with everyone in our group. There was a man who was secretly proposing on the outing (so sweet!) and they brought along a photographer. My mom (73) and my son (newly 8) were also part of our group. He shared so much knowledge with my son and they played around with a star app on an iPad and a super cool laser pointer. My son said, “This is 5 star!” Our guide managed to handle everyone and everything with great care and perfect attention to detail. There was a perfect balance of nature, learning, and family time. The stars were stunning. The whole night was perfect and created a lasting impression on our whole family. You have to take a shuttle to see Moraine Lake, and this is the only experience I would recommend to people in the future! It is super cold up there, so definitely dress in layers. There is hot cocoa though, which was yummy!

We absolutely loved our trip to Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge, Wapta Falls, and Takakkaw Falls! The scenery at every single stop was beautiful and the entire experience was wonderful. Our guide and driver, York, was amazing. He didn't just drive us around, he actually hiked the entire 4 km round-trip trail to Wapta Falls with us! He helped us along the way and took fantastic photos for us so we could just enjoy the moment.We highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience with a guide who goes the extra mile.
