Kassy was an excellent small group host! She was knowledgeable, organized, and kept our tour on track throughout the entire day. We always knew what to expect and never felt rushed or confused. Her planning and attention to detail made the experience completely stress-free. We especially appreciated knowing we would get back to the ship on time without having to worry. We had a one day stop on our cruise in Busan and this tour was the perfect way to fit as much of the city in as possible in the time we had. Our guide was excellent! She had interesting information all day long and really worked to keep us on track and take in as much as possible. She was truly a Joy! The lunch was beyond amazing! I can’t say enough good things about the itinerary, guide, driver and the city itself. It made our whole group want to come back to Busan one day!

Thanks to her local knowledge, we enjoyed some excellent Busan specialties and hidden gems that we would never have discovered on our own. Warm, friendly, and professional, Julia made exploring Busan both enjoyable and effortless. Her passion for her hometown truly shines through, and it made a big difference to our experience. We were on a small group tour which was great so that you could really learn from the tour guide. Kassy was great and gave opportunities to explore or make a variation of the plan. We had a great time!

We had an excellent tour with Kassy in Busan! She was very thorough in her explanations of the areas we visited. We appreciated visiting the UN Cemetery, the APEC sight and the walking path there was lovely!! We do enjoyed our lunch as well. Kassy was very helpful with ensuring I had a vegetarian and gluten free lunch. That was very much appreciated! The village was beautiful and the fish market was fascinating. We had a lovely time. The port in Busan is beautiful!!

This nonstop tour is packed with sightseeing. Busan is a sprawling city and it would not be possible to see all the sights included in this tour during a cruise port day on your own. Our guide, Kassy, was amazing and kept the group on schedule as we did not have a lot of extra time to waste. She was easy to understand and passionate about leading the tour. This tour group was much smaller and significantly less cost than ship excursions.
