Romy was so helpful and kind! He was able to help us through each experience with excellent communication and guidance. Once we felt comfortable he would allow us alone time as a family, but with clear direction on how to find him if required! We had a guide with a different company prior and it was an exact opposite experience. I wish we had booked Romy for all our experiences in Bali. It was really nice to have a planned itinerary but it also felt very relaxed and flexible with time at each place and additional stops. Having a set guide also helped reduce stress around outside salesman approaching you to buy experiences and photos.

Excellent day

This was such an excellent experience. Our driver and guide Win from Smile Bali Tour company was amazing. He made sure we were comfortable, was very friendly and informative. We were able to have a laugh with him, and it felt like spending the day with a friend. He even had umbrellas on hand for when it rained! We got to experience so much of Ubud in one day. As a non coffee drinker, the coffee spot managed to do something I thought was impossible - I actually ENJOYED a cup of coffee! 100% recommend, and if you happen to get Win as your driver you’re in for a fantastic day!

Nyoman was the absolute best driver and tour guide! He ensured we knew all aspects of our trip and communicated expectations very well. He taught us a lot about the Balinese culture. He was also so fun and made our day extra special because of his light and energy. He went above and beyond by stopping by a store to get super glue to fix my broken slipper - ensuring I could wear my sandals at the last temple. Amazing Waterfall Adventure

The waterfalls are spectacular, and although it involves a bit of a drive and some hiking, the scenery along the way & the beautiful falls make it worth it. Best 3 Days!!!

BEST THREE DAYS!!!! My first time in Bali with my daughter. This is a must-do tour. We had the best three days with Wayan Mawang. We looked forward to meeting him every morning to start our tour. We learned a lot about the local Balinese culture and customs. Wayan was so generous in preparing the offerings when we decided to add a purification ceremony on the morning we left our hotel to continue our experience in Bali. He is very friendly; we enjoyed touring Bali with him. We will definitely contact him the next time I plan to visit Bali.

A true Bali experience

Wyan Balik was our guide in Bali and was absolutely brilliant. He loved his country so much and explained so many things to us, along the way, on our trip. When we were at any of the 3 locations he took great photos of my husband and myself. The trip includes 2 temples and the rice fields and the scenery on the way is spectacular. A lovely lunch was included. Traffic was awful but Wayan knew all the back roads which also let us see and embrace the local culture and countryside.
